應(yīng)用三維數(shù)字模型分析法評(píng)價(jià)硅橡膠兩種印模方法的清晰度

【摘要】:目的應(yīng)用三維數(shù)字模型分析法,對(duì)硅橡膠的兩種印模方法的清晰度進(jìn)行比較。 方法從10名志愿者中選取40顆健康的前磨牙作為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象。用Silagum加成型硅橡膠對(duì)同一牙齒頰側(cè)排齦后進(jìn)行一次印模法(Putty-wash技術(shù))及二次印模法(Double mixing技術(shù))取模后,灌制超硬石膏模型。用Dscan三維激光掃描儀對(duì)模型進(jìn)行掃描,進(jìn)而獲取模型的三維數(shù)據(jù),通過專業(yè)的逆向工程軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)字模型的修整、擬合,測(cè)量并比較兩種取模方法所制取模型在齦緣不同部位的齦溝寬度,以評(píng)價(jià)兩種取模方法的清晰度。 結(jié)果一次印模法與二次印模法所制取模型的齦溝寬度在齦緣中部及軸角部位的差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p<0.05),二次印模法大于一次印模法;齦緣中部與軸角部位的齦溝寬度差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p<0.05),,齦緣中部大于軸角部位。 結(jié)論在相同條件下制取模型,硅橡膠二次印模法比一次印模法更清晰。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the definition of silicone rubber with three-dimensional digital model analysis. Methods A total of 40 healthy premolars were selected from 10 volunteers. Putty-wash technique and double mixing technique were used to remove the gingival of the same tooth by using Silagum and silicone rubber. The superanhydrite model is made. The model is scanned by Dscan 3D laser scanner, and then the 3D data of the model is obtained, and the digital model is modified and fitted by professional reverse engineering software. The width of gingival sulcus in different parts of gingival margin was measured and compared to evaluate the definition of the two methods. Results the width of gingival sulcus in the middle of gingival margin and axial angle was significantly different between the primary impression method and the secondary impression method (p < 0.05), and the second impression method was larger than the primary impression method. There was significant difference in the width of gingival sulcus between the middle part of gingival margin and the position of axial angle (P < 0.05), and the middle part of gingival margin was larger than that of axial angle. Conclusion under the same conditions, the silicone rubber secondary impression method is more clear than the primary impression method.
