【摘要】：韋榮球菌為口腔微生態(tài)的重要成員之一,在人類口腔中呈高豐度分布。韋榮球菌不能代謝糖產(chǎn)酸,但能代謝乳酸,這一點曾被認為對齲病的發(fā)生發(fā)展有抑制作用,但體外及動物試驗對于韋榮球菌在齲病發(fā)生中的作用及其機制并未得出明確結(jié)論。近來隨著口腔微生物組學(xué)研究的發(fā)展,人們發(fā)現(xiàn),韋榮球菌在齲活躍者口腔中的分布較無齲者高,韋榮球菌與多種致齲菌分布呈高度相關(guān)性,韋榮球菌對變異鏈球菌等致齲菌有促進作用。齲病是多種微生物共同作用的結(jié)果,而韋榮球菌作為齲病相關(guān)因素不容忽視。本文就韋榮球菌在口腔中的分布、韋榮球菌與齲病的關(guān)系、韋榮球菌與鏈球菌的相互作用等研究進展作一綜述,以剖析韋榮球菌在齲病發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及其機制。
[Abstract]:As one of the most important members of oral microecology, Veronella has a high abundance distribution in human oral cavity. Veronella can not metabolize sugar and acid, but can metabolize lactic acid, which has been considered to inhibit the occurrence and development of caries. However, in vitro and animal experiments have not reached a clear conclusion on the role and mechanism of Veronella in the occurrence of caries. Recently, with the development of oral microbiology, it has been found that, The distribution of Veronella in the oral cavity of active caries was higher than that of non-caries. There was a high correlation between the distribution of Veronella and many kinds of cariogenic bacteria, and the effect of Veronella on the cariogenic bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans was promoted, and caries were the result of the combined action of many microbes, such as Streptococcus mutans. The distribution of Veronella in the oral cavity, the relationship between Veronella and caries, the interaction between Veronella and Streptococcus, and so on, are reviewed in this paper. In order to analyze the role of Veronella in the occurrence and development of caries and its mechanism.
