【摘要】：目的：比較上頜前牙區(qū)單顆牙即刻種植即刻修復(fù)和延期種植延期修復(fù)的美學(xué)效果。方法：收集42例(以種植體為計量單位)上頜前牙區(qū)單顆牙種植修復(fù)病例,其中即刻種植即刻修復(fù)組20例,延期種植延期修復(fù)組22例。兩組病例均戴用種植體支持的螺絲固位臨時冠誘導(dǎo)牙齦成形后行永久修復(fù)。采集所有病例戴入永久修復(fù)體后6個月復(fù)查時的口內(nèi)數(shù)碼照片,由一位種植科醫(yī)生用紅白美學(xué)指數(shù)對其評分。對評分結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計分析,比較2組病例得分有無差異。結(jié)果：即刻種植即刻修復(fù)組的種植體留存率(95.0%)和延期種植延期修復(fù)組的種植體留存率(100%)相當,差別無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.444)。即刻種植即刻修復(fù)組紅色美學(xué)指數(shù)(PES)得分(均值12.05±0.97)和白色美學(xué)指數(shù)(WES)得分(均值8.00±1.41)均高于延期種植延期修復(fù)組(PES均值10.50±1.57,WES均值6.95±1.21),差別具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(PES P=0.001, WES P=0.021)。即刻種植即刻修復(fù)組達到近乎完美紅色美學(xué)效果(PES≥12)的病例所占比例(68.4%)高于延期種植延期修復(fù)組(22.7%),差別具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.005)。綜合PES和WES得分,即刻種植即刻修復(fù)組整體美學(xué)效果近乎完美(PES≥12且WES≥9)的病例所占比例(31.6%)高于延期種植延期修復(fù)組(4.55%),差別具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.036)。兩組之間各參數(shù)單項比較時,即刻種植即刻修復(fù)組在唇側(cè)齦緣曲度、軟組織顏色和牙冠外形輪廓3項得分的均值及得2分的百分比均高于延期種植延期修復(fù)組,差別具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：即刻種植即刻修復(fù)組的種植修復(fù)體及其周圍軟組織的短期美學(xué)效果較延期種植延期修復(fù)組更好,且兩者的種植體留存率沒有顯著差別。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the aesthetic effects of immediate and delayed dental implants in the maxillary anterior region. Methods: 42 cases (using implants as the unit of measurement) were collected. There were 20 cases in immediate implant immediate repair group, 22 cases of delayed implant repair group were treated with permanent restoration after gingival reconstruction were induced by temporary crown supported by implant screw. 6 months after permanent restoration, digital photos of all cases were taken. An implant doctor scored it with the Red and White Aesthetics Index. The results were statistically analyzed.
