【摘要】：牙髓組織具有形成牙本質、提供營養(yǎng)、傳導痛覺和對外界刺激產(chǎn)生保護性反應的功能。牙髓組織病理學改變性質是決定牙齒治療方案的選擇和治療效果評估的組織學基礎。當牙髓病變可逆或局限時,應消除感染,保存活髓,維護牙髓的功能。長久以來,活髓保存治療的臨床診治,特別是其適應證和預后因素,一直是臨床醫(yī)生爭論的熱點話題,且常常給很多醫(yī)生造成困惑。本文從適應證、牙髓狀態(tài)評估、感染消除、蓋髓材料選擇等方面對活髓保存治療中存在的困惑以及解決方法進行介紹,同時提出了活髓保存治療的臨床路徑和操作規(guī)范,以便臨床上更好地開展活髓保存治療。
[Abstract]:Pulp tissue has the ability to form dentin, provide nutrition, The function of conduction pain sensation and protective response to external stimuli. The nature of pathological changes in dental pulp is the histological basis for determining the choice of dental treatment options and evaluation of therapeutic effects. When pulp lesions are reversible or limited, the infection should be eliminated. Preservation of living pulp and maintenance of dental pulp function. For a long time, the clinical diagnosis and treatment, especially its indications and prognostic factors, has been a hot topic of debate among clinicians. In this paper, we introduce the puzzles and solutions in the treatment of living pulp preservation from the aspects of indication, dental pulp status evaluation, infection elimination, pulp capping material selection, etc. At the same time, it puts forward the clinical path and operation criterion of the living pulp preservation therapy, so as to carry out the living pulp preservation therapy better in clinic.
