【摘要】：目的:探討富血小板纖維蛋白(PRF)對小鼠皮膚損傷的修復(fù)作用。方法:采用8~10周的Balb/C小鼠21只,將其分為3組,分別為皮膚缺損空白對照組,上市產(chǎn)品對照組(AD甲殼素),凍干異種PRF顆粒組,在背部制備1個1.5cm圓形全層皮膚損傷創(chuàng)面。通過大體觀察,測定傷口愈合時間和愈合率,并在第21天,取皮膚組織做病理切片,觀察組織愈合情況。結(jié)果:傷后21d,各組創(chuàng)面逐漸縮小,凍干異種PRF顆粒組創(chuàng)面面積明顯小于其余各組(P0.01),并且愈合時間較其余各組短。結(jié)論:PRF可以明顯促進創(chuàng)面愈合速度,提高愈合質(zhì)量,為臨床皮膚損傷修復(fù)提供新的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the repair effect of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) on skin injury in mice. Methods: 21 Balb/C mice were divided into 3 groups. One 1.5 cm round full-thickness skin injury wound was prepared in the skin defect blank control group, the control group with AD chitin and the freeze-dried xenogeneic PRF granule group. The wound healing time and healing rate were measured, and on the 21st day, the skin tissue was taken as pathological sections to observe the healing of the wound. Results: 21 days after injury, the wound of each group was gradually reduced. The wound area in the freeze-dried xenogeneic PRF group was significantly smaller than that in the other groups (P 0.01) and the healing time was shorter than that in the other groups. To provide a new treatment for clinical skin injury repair.
