【摘要】：上頜骨及上頜竇腫瘤的治療常需行上頜骨全切除術,由此所致的眶底缺損常引起復視、眼球下陷、下瞼外翻等并發(fā)癥,導致一系列的功能障礙和眶周畸形,嚴重影響患者的生存質量和身心健康。臨床上,對于眶底缺損的修復重建方法很多,主要包括軟組織瓣移植聯合贗復體修復,非血管化和血管化骨瓣移植,生物材料的應用等。本文就近年來上頜骨全切除后眶底缺損的各類修復重建方法及其優(yōu)缺點進行綜述。
[Abstract]:The treatment of maxillary and maxillary sinus tumors often requires total maxillary excision, resulting in orbital defects often cause diplopia, enophthalmos, ectropion and other complications, resulting in a series of functional disorders and periorbital deformities. Clinically, there are many methods for repairing orbital floor defects, including soft tissue flap transplantation combined with prosthetic prosthesis, non-vascularized and vascularized bone flap transplantation. This article reviews the methods of reconstruction of orbital floor defects after total maxillary excision and their advantages and disadvantages in recent years.
