【摘要】：背景:埋入式種植體愈合期內(nèi)完全埋植于軟組織內(nèi),與口腔環(huán)境相隔絕,降低了潛在的感染因素,同時(shí)不受咬合力的影響,保證了種植體的骨結(jié)合。目的:比較兩段式埋入式和非埋入式種植體在不同手術(shù)方式條件下對口腔軟組織恢復(fù)的影響。方法:口腔后牙單顆固定種植患者24例,排除種植禁忌證,牙齦厚度大于1.5 mm,隨機(jī)分為2組,分別采用奧齒泰SS和TS種植體組,SS種植體組采用非埋入式方式,而TS種植體組則采用兩段式埋入方式,觀察時(shí)間點(diǎn)為一期術(shù)后2周,TS種植體組二期術(shù)后2周,上部結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)后和修復(fù)1年后觀察項(xiàng)目有牙齦厚度,齦乳頭和邊緣骨吸收的變化。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)兩組患者牙齦厚度,齦乳頭和邊緣骨吸收變化:在一期術(shù)后2周,TS種植體組二期術(shù)后2周,上部結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)后和修復(fù)1年后差異均無顯著性意義;(2)結(jié)果說明:兩種手術(shù)方案對于軟組織恢復(fù)和種植體穩(wěn)定均無影響,臨床上可根據(jù)患者具體情況選擇相應(yīng)的種植體置入。
[Abstract]:Background: embedded implants are completely embedded in soft tissue during the healing period, isolated from the oral environment, reducing the potential infection factors and not affected by bite force. Objective: to compare the effects of two-stage implants and non-implants on the recovery of oral soft tissue under different surgical conditions. There were 24 cases of single fixed implant in the posterior teeth of oral cavity. The gingival thickness was greater than 1.5 mm and was randomly divided into two groups. The SS implant group and the SS implant group were treated with non-embedded method respectively. In TS implant group, two-segment embedding method was used. The observation time point was 2 weeks after primary operation and 2 weeks after secondary operation in TS implant group. Gingival thickness was observed after superstructure repair and 1 year after restoration. Results and conclusion the changes of gingival thickness, gingival papilla and marginal bone resorption in two groups: 2 weeks after primary operation and 2 weeks after secondary surgery in TS implant group. There was no significant difference between the superstructure after repair and 1 year after repair. 2) the results showed that the two surgical schemes had no effect on soft tissue recovery and implant stability, and the implants could be selected according to the specific conditions of the patients.
