【摘要】：目的:探討全腔鏡下經(jīng)鎖骨下徑路頜下腺腺葉切除術(shù)的可行性及其療效。方法:回顧性分析28例腔鏡下經(jīng)鎖骨下徑路頜下腺切除術(shù)患者的臨床資料,其中多形性腺瘤14例,頜下腺慢性炎癥10例,頜下腺結(jié)石3例,淋巴上皮囊腫1例,所有病例術(shù)前經(jīng)影像學(xué)、三維超聲學(xué)評(píng)估。結(jié)果:所有患者均于全腔鏡下完全切除頜下腺和腫瘤,無(wú)一例中轉(zhuǎn)開放手術(shù),無(wú)明顯手術(shù)并發(fā)癥,術(shù)后美觀效果好,患者滿意度高,多形性腺瘤患者術(shù)后隨訪時(shí)間4~24個(gè)月,未見復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:全腔鏡下經(jīng)鎖骨下徑路頜下腺切除術(shù)是安全可行的,且具有良好的美容效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility and curative effect of subclavian subclavian approach for submandibular gland lobectomy. Methods: the clinical data of 28 patients undergoing endoscopic subclavian subclavian submandibular adenectomy were retrospectively analyzed. 14 cases of pleomorphic adenoma, 10 cases of chronic inflammation of submandibular gland, 3 cases of submandibular gland stone and 1 case of lymphoepithelial cyst. Results: all the patients underwent complete resection of submandibular gland and tumor under full laparoscopy, no cases were converted to open surgery, there were no obvious surgical complications, good postoperative aesthetic effect and high patient satisfaction. The follow-up time of the patients with pleomorphic adenoma was 4 ~ 24 months, and no recurrence was found. Conclusion: subclavian subclavian submandibular adenectomy is safe and feasible, and has good cosmetic effect.
