【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)與平臺(tái)匹配對(duì)種植體邊緣骨吸收的影響。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pub Med、EMbase、CBM、CNKI等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)輔以手工檢索及文獻(xiàn)追溯收集1991~2014年間國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)發(fā)表或未發(fā)表的有關(guān)平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)與平臺(tái)匹配對(duì)種植體邊緣骨吸收的影響的隨機(jī)對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn),由2位評(píng)價(jià)者根據(jù)納入與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)獨(dú)立篩選文獻(xiàn),對(duì)納入研究進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)、數(shù)據(jù)提取,采用Rev Man 5.2軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合成文獻(xiàn)14篇包含1 331顆種植體,Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移組種植體邊緣骨吸收顯著小于平臺(tái)匹配組[MD=-0.51,95%CI:(-0.72-0.30),P0.01]。亞組分析顯示,植入物-基臺(tái)直徑差0.45 mm(單側(cè))更有利的種植體邊緣骨保存。結(jié)論:現(xiàn)有的有限數(shù)據(jù)表明,平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)相對(duì)于平臺(tái)匹配技術(shù)更利于種植體邊緣骨保存。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically evaluate the effect of platform transfer technique and platform matching on bone resorption at the implant edge. Methods: Pub Medbase Pub was searched by computer. CNKI and other databases are supplemented by manual retrieval and literature traceability. The effects of platform transfer techniques and platform matching on bone resorption at the edge of implants were published or unpublished in China and abroad during the period from 1991 to 2014. Randomized controlled trial. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, two evaluators independently screened the literature, evaluated the quality of the inclusion study, and extracted the data. Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.2 software. Results: 14 articles including 1 331 implants were included in the standard of inclusion. The results of Meta analysis showed that the bone resorption at the implant edge in the platform transfer group was significantly smaller than that in the platform matched group. [MD-0.51-95% CI-1: -0.72-0.30 (P0.01). Subgroup analysis showed. Implant-abutment diameter difference of 0.45 mm (unilateral) is more favorable for the preservation of marginal bone of implant. Conclusion: available limited data indicate. Platform transfer technique is more favorable than platform matching technique in bone preservation of implant edge.
