巴戟天寡糖對抑郁癥患者血漿BDNF,GDNF,VEGF和IGF-1水平的影響

【摘要】:目的:了解巴戟天寡糖對抑郁癥患者血漿腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子(BDNF)、膠質(zhì)源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子(GDNF)、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)和胰島素樣生長因子(IGF-1)濃度的影響,探討巴戟天寡糖治療抑郁癥前后BDNF,GDNF,VEGF和IGF-1的濃度變化與其療效的關(guān)系。方法:本研究入組符合ICD-10的輕中度抑郁癥門診患者32例。入組后單一巴戟天抗抑郁治療,每2周訪視1次,記錄患者的抑郁癥狀及服藥情況,共治療8周,入組前后各采血1次,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定患者血漿BDNF,GDNF,VEGF和IGF-1水平,同時以漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD-17)評定患者的抑郁程度。結(jié)果:巴戟天寡糖抗抑郁治療8周后,HAMD-17總分及各因子分顯著降低(P0.01);巴戟天寡糖治療8周后,VEGF水平顯著下降(Z=-2.354,P0.05),BDNF和GDNF水平顯著上升(Z=-4.157,P0.01;Z=-4.345,P0.01),而治療前后IGF-1水平?jīng)]有顯著變化(Z=-0.901,P0.05);治療前后BDNF和GDNF濃度變化率與HAMD-17減分率呈正相關(guān),其相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)分別為0.782(P0.01)和0.456(P0.05),而VEGF與IGF-1濃度變化率與HAMD-17減分率無關(guān)(分別為r=0.06,P0.05;r=0.039,P0.05)。結(jié)論:巴戟天寡糖可以改善BDNF,GDNF和VEGF的異常水平,但對IGF-1水平?jīng)]有影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide on plasma levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), glial-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF), (VEGF) and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in patients with depression, and to explore the relationship between the concentration of BDNF,GDNF,VEGF and IGF-1 and the curative effect of Morinda officinalis oligosaccharide before and after treatment of depression. Methods: 32 outpatients with mild to moderate depression in accordance with ICD-10 were enrolled in this study. After admission, the antidepressant therapy of Euphorbia pulcherrima was followed up every 2 weeks. The depressive symptoms and medication were recorded for 8 weeks. Blood samples were collected once before and after admission to the group. The plasma BDNF,GDNF,VEGF and IGF-1 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). At the same time, the depression degree of the patients was evaluated by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-17). Results: after 8 weeks of antidepressant treatment, the total score of HAMD-17 and the scores of each factor decreased significantly (P 0.01), and after 8 weeks of treatment, the level of VEGF decreased significantly (Z 鈮,
