母親孕期補(bǔ)充葉酸與其子女孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的定量綜合分析母親孕期補(bǔ)充葉酸與其子女孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙(ASD)發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)性。方法計(jì)算機(jī)全面檢索PubMed、Embase、Scopus、Corchrane Liabrary、EBSCO、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方、維普及中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等電子數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),收集有關(guān)母親孕期葉酸補(bǔ)充與兒童ASD發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的文獻(xiàn),以O(shè)R及其95%CI為合并效應(yīng)量,運(yùn)用Stata 12.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析,并進(jìn)行發(fā)表偏倚評(píng)估和敏感性分析。結(jié)果根據(jù)納入及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共納入10篇文獻(xiàn),包含15項(xiàng)研究,累計(jì)病例4 459例,對(duì)照1 225 835例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,總體人群中母親孕期補(bǔ)充葉酸可顯著降低其子女ASD發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(OR=0.798,95%CI:0.669~0.952,P=0.012)。亞組分析結(jié)果顯示,亞洲人群中母親孕期補(bǔ)充葉酸可能與其子女ASD發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降低有關(guān)(OR=0.664,95%CI:0.428~1.032),但未達(dá)到統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.069);西方人群中母親孕期補(bǔ)充葉酸可降低其子女ASD發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(OR=0.817,95%CI:0.671~0.996,P=0.045)。結(jié)論母親孕期補(bǔ)充葉酸可能可降低其子女ASD發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在西方人群中效果較明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to quantitatively analyze the correlation between folic acid supplementation during pregnancy and the risk of (ASD) in children with autism spectrum disorder. Methods the electronic databases such as PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Corchrane Liabrary,EBSCO, China knowledge Network, Wanfang and Wei Popularization Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were searched by computer, and the literatures about maternal folic acid supplementation during pregnancy and the risk of ASD in children were collected. Using OR and its 95%CI as combined effects, Meta analysis was carried out with Stata 12.0 software, and published bias evaluation and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Results according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, a total of 10 literatures were included, including 15 studies, with a cumulative case of 4459 and a control of 1225835.
