【摘要】：目的:探討抑郁癥患者(MDD)血清微量元素、銅藍蛋白(Cp)與執(zhí)行功能的關(guān)系.方法:采用威斯康星卡片分類測驗(WCST)及連線測驗(TMT)評估35例符合美國精神障礙統(tǒng)計與診斷手冊第5版(DSM-5)診斷標準的抑郁癥患者和30例正常對照者的執(zhí)行功能,檢測兩組的血清銅(Cu)、鋅(Zn)和Cp含量并探討這3種物質(zhì)與執(zhí)行功能的相關(guān)性.結(jié)果:抑郁組患者在TMT(反應(yīng)時)和WCST測驗(分類數(shù)、總錯誤數(shù)、持續(xù)錯誤數(shù)和非持續(xù)錯誤數(shù))的成績均低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);抑郁組患者血清Zn、Cp水平明顯低于對照組,Cu離子含量顯著高于正常對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);抑郁組患者血清中的Cp含量與TMT(反應(yīng)時、錯誤數(shù))的成績呈正相關(guān),與WCST非持續(xù)性錯誤數(shù)呈負相關(guān);抑郁組Cu含量與TMT(提筆數(shù))呈正相關(guān).結(jié)論:抑郁癥患者的執(zhí)行功能可能與銅和銅藍蛋白密切相關(guān).
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between serum trace elements, ceruloplasmin (Cp) and executive function in patients with depression (MDD). Methods: the executive function of 35 patients with depression and 30 normal controls were assessed by Wisconsin Card sorting Test (WCST) and Wired Test (TMT), which met the diagnostic criteria of American Handbook of Statistics and diagnosis of Mental Disorder (DSM-5). The levels of serum copper, (Cu), zinc, (Zn) and Cp in the two groups were measured and the correlation between the three substances and executive function was investigated. Results: the scores of TMT (reaction time) and WCST (classification, total errors, persistent errors and non-persistent errors) in depression group were significantly lower than those in control group (P0.05). The level of serum Zn,Cp in depression group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the content of Cu ion in depression group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P0.05). The levels of Cp in serum of depression group were positively correlated with the scores of TMT (reaction time, error number), and negatively correlated with the number of non-persistent errors of WCST, and the content of Cu in depression group was positively correlated with TMT (number of pens). Conclusion: the executive function of depression patients may be closely related to copper and ceruloplasmin.
