【摘要】：目的研究影響雙相心境障礙疾病抑郁發(fā)作期嚴重程度的危險因素,為該病的有效預(yù)防提供理論依據(jù)。方法收集2010-2015年某市精神�？漆t(yī)院的雙相心境障礙抑郁發(fā)作住院466名患者的病例信息,根據(jù)漢密爾頓抑郁量表將患者分為輕、中、重度,并選出年齡、性別、居住地、出生季節(jié)、遺傳史等15個可能危險因素,進行單因素和多因素條件Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果 Logistic回歸分析篩選出7個影響雙相心境障礙疾病抑郁發(fā)作嚴重程度的危險因素,即出生季節(jié)(冬季OR=3.091、秋季OR=2.363)、高學(xué)歷(OR=1.414)、婚姻離異(OR=3.132)、長期居住農(nóng)村(OR=0.587)、排行老大(OR=1.461)、性格內(nèi)向(OR=1.705)、家族遺傳史(OR=2.101)。結(jié)論雙相心境障礙抑郁發(fā)作嚴重程度受多種因素的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the risk factors affecting the severity of bipolar mood disorder during the onset of depression, and to provide theoretical basis for the effective prevention of the disease. Methods from 2010 to 2015, 466 inpatients with bipolar mood disorder were collected and divided into mild, moderate, severe, age, sex and residence according to Hamilton Depression scale (Hamilton Depression scale), the patients were divided into three groups: age, sex, residence, age, sex, and residence, according to Hamilton Depression scale, the patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups. Fifteen possible risk factors, such as birth season and genetic history, were analyzed by univariate and multivariate conditional Logistic regression. Results by Logistic regression analysis, 7 risk factors affecting the severity of bipolar disorder depression were screened, namely, birth season (winter OR=3.091, autumn OR=2.363), high education level (OR=1.414), marital divorce (OR=3.132), and age of birth season (winter OR=3.091, and autumn OR=2.363), high degree of education (OR=1.414) and marital divorce (OR=3.132). Long-term living in rural areas (OR=0.587), ranking boss (OR=1.461), introverts (OR=1.705), family genetic history (OR=2.101). Conclusion the severity of bipolar mood disorder is influenced by many factors.
