【摘要】：目的探討單胺氧化酶A(monoamine oxidase A,MAOA)rs1137070基因多態(tài)性與兒童期軀體受虐因素的交互作用對(duì)酒精依賴患者家庭暴力行為的影響。方法對(duì)284例新疆地區(qū)酒精依賴患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,通過家庭暴力問卷調(diào)查表獲得社會(huì)人口學(xué)資料、施暴(有或無)及施暴的表現(xiàn)形式,采用修改版外顯行為攻擊量表和修訂版Barratt沖動(dòng)量表對(duì)攻擊行為進(jìn)行評(píng)估并分組,采用兒童受虐篩查表與兒童受虐量表聯(lián)合調(diào)查兒童期軀體受虐情況。直接測(cè)序法檢測(cè)患者M(jìn)AOA基因rs1137070位點(diǎn)的多態(tài)性。根據(jù)叉生分析相加模型交互作用指標(biāo)判斷基因與兒童期軀體受虐因素的交互作用。結(jié)果施暴組和對(duì)照組分別為146例和138例患者。兒童期受虐與rs1137070位點(diǎn)等位基因是新疆漢族及維吾爾族酒精依賴患者家庭暴力行為的危險(xiǎn)因素。兒童期受虐與rs1137070等位基因存在相加模型正交互作用,兩者的超額相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度、交互作用歸因比、交互作用指數(shù)分別為1.00、0.14和1.20。結(jié)論新疆漢族及維吾爾族酒精依賴患者家庭暴力行為的發(fā)生是兒童期受虐因素及遺傳危險(xiǎn)因素共同作用的結(jié)果,兒童期受虐因素與rs1137070等位基因共同影響家庭暴力行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Aim to investigate the interaction between monoamine oxidase (A (monoamine oxidase A, maa) rs1137070 gene polymorphism and childhood physical abuse factors on the behavior of domestic violence in alcohol dependent patients. Methods 284 patients with alcohol dependence in Xinjiang were investigated by questionnaire. Social demographic data were obtained through the questionnaire of domestic violence, and the forms of violence (with or without) and the forms of violence were obtained. The aggressive behavior was evaluated by modified explicit behavior aggression scale and revised Barratt Impulse scale. Child abuse screening scale and Child abuse scale were used to investigate the physical abuse in children. The polymorphism of rs1137070 locus of MAOA gene was detected by direct sequencing. According to the interaction index of the additive model of cross-birth analysis, the interaction between gene and childhood physical abuse factors was judged. Results there were 146 cases in the violence group and 138 cases in the control group. Childhood abuse and rs1137070 allele are risk factors for domestic violence in alcohol dependent patients of Han and Uygur nationalities in Xinjiang. There was a positive interaction between childhood masochism and rs1137070 allele, the excess relative risk and the ratio of interaction attribution were 1.00, 0.14 and 1.20, and the interaction index was 1.00, 0.14 and 1.20, respectively. Conclusion the occurrence of domestic violence in alcohol dependent patients of Han and Uygur nationalities in Xinjiang is the result of childhood abuse factors and genetic risk factors. Childhood abuse factors and rs1137070 allele together affect the occurrence of domestic violence. [WT5 "HZ] conclusion [WT5" BZ] [WT5 "BZ]
