首發(fā)未治療精神分裂癥患者視覺引導眼跳中速度非對稱與眼跳幅度相關性研究

【摘要】:目的探討視覺引導眼跳中速度非對稱性與眼跳幅度相關性在首發(fā)未治療精神分裂癥患者和健康者中的差異。方法選取符合ICD-10診斷標準的首發(fā)、未治療的精神分裂癥患者30例,同時選取匹配的正常對照組30例,分別進行視覺引導眼跳檢查。計算眼跳的加速度非對稱指數(shù)(AAI),并計算AAI與眼跳幅度的相關系數(shù)Raa。然后組間進行主序列分析,比較眼跳加速度峰值、減速度峰值等與眼跳幅度之間的一般線性關系,并進一步比較組間的Raa。結果精神分裂癥組Raa值低于正常對照組(Z=-3.567,P0.01)。結論 Raa可作為精神分裂癥輔助診斷的一種生物學指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the asymmetry of speed and the amplitude of the saccade in the first episode of untreated schizophrenia and the healthy subjects. Methods Thirty patients with untreated schizophrenia who met the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 and 30 matched normal controls were selected for visual guided eye jump examination. Calculation of the acceleration asymmetry Index (AAI), and the correlation coefficient Raa. between the AAI and the amplitude of the knuckles Then the main sequence analysis was carried out among the groups to compare the general linear relationship between the peak acceleration and deceleration peak and the amplitude of the saccade, and to compare the Raa. between the groups. Results the Raa value of schizophrenia group was lower than that of normal control group (P 0.01). Conclusion Raa can be used as a biological index for auxiliary diagnosis of schizophrenia.
