【摘要】：目的:探討穴位埋線加?xùn)|莨膽堿治療對(duì)嗎啡依賴大鼠十二指腸胃泌素(Gas)、生長(zhǎng)抑素(SS)免疫反應(yīng)(IR)細(xì)胞的影響。方法:將大鼠大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常組、自然戒斷組(簡(jiǎn)稱戒斷組)、東莨菪堿治療組(簡(jiǎn)稱西藥組)、穴位埋線治療組(簡(jiǎn)稱穴位埋線組)及穴位埋線加?xùn)|莨菪堿治療組(簡(jiǎn)稱穴位埋線加西藥組)。經(jīng)腹腔注射鹽酸嗎啡建立嗎啡依賴大鼠模型,采用不同的方法干預(yù),觀察戒斷癥狀,分別于干預(yù)后7 d和14 d處死取材,觀察十二指腸黏膜Gas和SS-IR形態(tài)特點(diǎn),并比較各組十二指腸組織勻漿中Gas和SS的含量。結(jié)果:嗎啡依賴大鼠戒斷癥狀明顯,其十二指腸黏膜Gas和SS-IR細(xì)胞數(shù)量明顯增加(P0.05),組織勻漿中Gas和SS含量明顯增加(P0.01);治療7 d后,穴位埋線加西藥組各指標(biāo)明顯改善,與正常組無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),治療時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)至14 d,西藥組與穴位埋線組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)與正常組接近(P0.05)。結(jié)論:西藥治療與穴位埋線治療對(duì)嗎啡依賴所致大鼠的戒斷癥狀及十二指腸分泌Gas和SS的功能均有逆轉(zhuǎn)作用,兩種方法結(jié)合可縮短治療時(shí)間,治療效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of acupoint catgut embedding plus dongunachine on the immunoreactive (IR) cells of (Gas), somatostatin (SS) in duodenum of morphine dependent rats. Methods: rats were randomly divided into normal group, natural abstinence group (abstinence group) and scopolamine treatment group (western medicine group). Acupoint catgut embedding treatment group (abbreviated as acupoint embedding group) and acupoint embedding thread plus scopolamine treatment group (acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine group). Morphine dependent rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of morphine hydrochloride. The withdrawal symptoms were observed by different methods. The rats were killed at 7 and 14 days after intervention, and the morphologic characteristics of Gas and SS-IR in duodenal mucosa were observed. The contents of Gas and SS in duodenum homogenate of each group were compared. Results: the abstinence symptoms of morphine dependent rats were obvious, the number of Gas and SS-IR cells in duodenal mucosa were significantly increased (P0.05), and the contents of Gas and SS in tissue homogenate were significantly increased (P0.01). After 7 days of treatment, the indexes of acupoint catgut embedding plus western medicine group were improved obviously, there was no significant difference between the group and the normal group (P0.05), the treatment time was prolonged to 14 days, and the indexes of western medicine group and acupoint embedding group were close to those of the normal group (P0.05). Conclusion: Western medicine therapy and acupoint embedding therapy can reverse the withdrawal symptoms of morphine dependent rats and the function of duodenal secretion of Gas and SS. The combination of the two methods can shorten the treatment time and the therapeutic effect is better.
