三維動脈自旋標(biāo)記技術(shù)評價阿爾茨海默病患者腦血流灌注
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the characteristics of cerebral blood flow perfusion (CBF) in three-dimensional (3D) pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling (3DpcASL) imaging of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to analyze its correlation with cognitive function score. Methods conventional MR and 3DpcASL perfusion imaging were performed in 16 patients with AD (AD group) and 19 age-matched patients with normal cognitive function (control group). The SPM 8 software was used to pretreat the obtained cerebral blood flow map, and the difference of CBF between the two groups was compared, and the correlation between the CBF value of the reduced brain area of CBF and the MMSE,MoCA score was evaluated. Results in AD group, the areas of decreased CBF perfusion were mainly found in bilateral superior temporal gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, inferior temporal gyrus, bilateral precuneal lobe, bilateral middle cingulate gyrus, posterior cingulate gyrus, left angular gyrus, left inferior parietal gyrus and left superior frontal gyrus (t = 5.32, P0.001). The CBF values of bilateral anterior cuneate lobe, bilateral posterior cingulate gyrus, bilateral superior temporal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, left inferior temporal gyrus, left angular gyrus and left inferior parietal gyrus were positively correlated with MMSE,MoCA score (P0.05). Conclusion 3DpcASL can find abnormal cerebral perfusion in AD patients. The CBF value in hypoperfusion area is correlated with cognitive impairment.
