【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)生活滿意度指數(shù)A量表(LSIA)在農(nóng)村自殺未遂和正常對(duì)照人群中測(cè)量的信度和效度。方法采用序貫抽樣方法對(duì)山東省蓬萊、滕州、鄒城、利津、莒南、寧陽(yáng)6個(gè)縣(市)的407例自殺未遂病例和按照性別、年齡、居住地匹配的409名正常對(duì)照人群進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查;采用Cronbach'sα系數(shù)、相關(guān)系數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)量表的內(nèi)部一致性信度,采用結(jié)構(gòu)效度、效標(biāo)效度和區(qū)分效度來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)量表的效度。結(jié)果 LSIA量表在自殺未遂組和正常對(duì)照組人群中的Cronbach'sα系數(shù)分別為0.828和0.734,各條目得分與刪除此條目后量表得分的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.134~0.648和0.095~0.524(均P0.05),量表的內(nèi)部一致性較好;探索性因子分析表明,自殺未遂組提取出對(duì)生活的熱情、決心與不屈服、愿望與已實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的統(tǒng)一、自我評(píng)價(jià)和心境5個(gè)公因子,累積方差解釋率為52.89%,正常對(duì)照組提取出對(duì)生活的熱情、決心與不屈服、愿望與已實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的統(tǒng)一、自我評(píng)價(jià)、心境和冷漠消極6個(gè)公因子,累積方差解釋率為51.45%;LSIA、Beck絕望量表(BHS)、流調(diào)中心抑郁水平評(píng)定量表(CES-D)總分分別為(12.20±4.86)、(44.85±20.72)、(13.25±16.59)分,LSIA量表總分與BHS、CES-D量表總分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.720、-0.715,P0.001),量表具有較好的效標(biāo)效度;自殺未遂組LSIA量表總分為(9.39±4.59)分,低于正常對(duì)照組的(15.00±3.23)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=20.20,P0.001),量表具有較好的區(qū)分效度。結(jié)論 LSIA量表在農(nóng)村自殺未遂研究中具有較好的信度和效度,但個(gè)別條目仍需調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of life satisfaction index (LSIA) in rural attempted suicide and normal controls. Methods A total of 407 cases of attempted suicide in 6 counties (cities) of Penglai, Tengzhou, Zoucheng, Lijin, Junan and Ningyang, Shandong Province, and 409 normal controls matched by sex, age and residence were investigated. The internal consistency reliability of the scale was evaluated by Cronbach's 偽 coefficient and correlation coefficient, and the validity of the scale was evaluated by structural validity, standard validity and distinguishing validity. Results the Cronbach's 偽 coefficients of LSIA in the attempted suicide group and the normal control group were 0.828 and 0.734, respectively. The correlation coefficients between the scores of each item and the score of the scale after deleting the item were 0.1340.64 and 0.095 鹵0.524 respectively (P0.05), and the internal consistency of the scale was good. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the attempted suicide group extracted five common factors, namely, passion for life, determination and unyielding, unity of desire and achieved goal, self-evaluation and mood state, and the cumulative variance interpretation rate was 52.89%. In the normal control group, six common factors were extracted: passion for life, determination and unyielding, unity of desire and achieved goal, self-evaluation, mood and indifference and negativity. The rate of interpretation of cumulative variance was 51.45; The total scores of (BHS), depression rating scale (CES-D) of LSIA,Beck despair scale were (12.20 鹵4.86), () 44.85 鹵20.72), (13.25 鹵16.59, the total scores of LSIA scale and BHS, were (12.20 鹵4.86), (鹵20.72), (13.25 鹵16.59), respectively. The total score of CES-D scale was negatively correlated (r-0.720 + -0.715 P0.001), and the scale had good validity. The total score of LSIA scale in attempted suicide group was (9.39 鹵4.59), which was lower than that in normal control group (15.00 鹵3.23). Conclusion LSIA scale has good reliability and validity in the study of attempted suicide in rural areas, but individual items still need to be adjusted.
