【摘要】：目的:從全社會(huì)角度,探討中國(guó)城市精神分裂癥的疾病經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。方法:利用廣州市城鎮(zhèn)職工和城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)2010—2012年數(shù)據(jù),以及傷殘調(diào)整生命年(Disability Adjusted of Life Years,DALY)指標(biāo),對(duì)精神分裂癥的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)和間接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)進(jìn)行測(cè)算。結(jié)果:2010—2012年廣州市精神分裂癥造成的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)分別為9 569萬(wàn)元、16 862萬(wàn)元和19 770萬(wàn)元;間接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)分別為109 668萬(wàn)元、120 189萬(wàn)元和137 508萬(wàn)元;直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)與間接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)之比為1∶8.5。廣州市精神分裂癥疾病的直接和間接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)均呈遞增趨勢(shì),住院病人和城鎮(zhèn)職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)病人的醫(yī)療花費(fèi)是直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)的主要組成部分。結(jié)論:精神分裂癥的疾病經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)嚴(yán)重,并呈現(xiàn)明顯遞增趨勢(shì),其間接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)顯著高于治療疾病的直接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the economic burden of urban schizophrenia in China from the point of view of the whole society. Methods: the direct economic burden and indirect economic burden of schizophrenia were measured by using the data of basic medical insurance for urban workers and urban residents in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2012, as well as the index of disability adjusted life year (Disability Adjusted of Life Years,DALY). Results: the direct economic burden caused by schizophrenia in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2012 was 95.69 million yuan, 168.62 million yuan and 197.7 million yuan respectively, and the indirect economic burden was 1.09668 billion yuan, 1.20189 billion yuan and 1.37508 billion yuan, respectively. The ratio of direct economic burden to indirect economic burden is 1: 8.5. The direct and indirect economic burden of schizophrenia in Guangzhou is increasing, and the medical expenses of inpatients and urban workers are the main components of the direct economic burden. Conclusion: the economic burden of schizophrenia is serious and the indirect economic burden is significantly higher than the direct economic burden of treatment.
