miR-137基因多態(tài)性與中國南方人群精神分裂癥的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究

【摘要】:目的采用中國南方漢族人群樣本對miR-137基因多態(tài)性與精神分裂癥的相關(guān)性進行研究。方法收集944例精神分裂癥患者(精神分裂癥組)及938例健康對照者(對照組)外周血液,采用SnaPshot技術(shù)對rs1625579位點進行基因分型,比較該位點等位基因頻率分布在精神分裂癥組和對照組,以及在精神分裂癥患者臨床變量分組中的差異。結(jié)果在精神分裂癥組和對照組中基因型分布差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.426,P=0.035),等位基因分布差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.813,P=0.028)。按性別分組后,女性精神分裂患者和對照組之間基因型分布差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=3.928,P=0.047),等位基因分布差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=3.957,P=0.047)。結(jié)論研究結(jié)果證實了miR-137基因多態(tài)性與精神分裂癥的相關(guān)性,同時發(fā)現(xiàn)了miR-137在精神分裂癥發(fā)病調(diào)控過程中的性別特異性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the association between miR-137 gene polymorphism and schizophrenia in Chinese Han population. Methods Peripheral blood fluid was collected from 944 schizophrenic patients (schizophrenia group) and 938 healthy controls (control group). Rs1625579 loci were genotyped by SnaPshot technique. The allelic frequency of this locus was compared between schizophrenia group and control group, as well as in the clinical variable group of schizophrenic patients. Results there were significant differences in genotype distribution and allele distribution between schizophrenia group and control group (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (4.426) P ~ (0.035) and allele distribution (蠂 ~ (2) ~ (4.813) P ~ (0.028). There was significant difference in genotype distribution and allele distribution between female schizophrenic patients and control group (蠂 ~ 2 = 3.928) and allele distribution (蠂 ~ (2) 3.957 P ~ (0.047). Conclusion the results confirm the association between miR-137 gene polymorphism and schizophrenia, and the sex specificity of miR-137 in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia.
