抑郁個(gè)體負(fù)性情緒抑制障礙的認(rèn)知策略干預(yù)研究
[Abstract]:Aim: from the perspective of emotional cognitive psychology, this study conducted cognitive strategy intervention training on negative information suppression disorder in individuals with depressive mood. Thus, the depression individual to the negative information inhibition barrier. Methods: self rating Depression scale (CES-D) and self rating Depression scale (BDI) were used to select normal subjects and individuals with depression as subjects. Emotion words and pictures of emotional faces were selected as experimental materials. The experiment was designed with three factors 脳 3 (group: depression group, normal group) 脳 3 (independent condition, positive substitution condition, negative substitution condition) 脳 3 (times of repetition: 0 times, twice times, 4 times). By thinking or not (Think/No Think) TNT's experimental training), the depression subjects' cognitive inhibition of negative information was eliminated. Results: (1) in the experimental training of emotional words and emotional faces, both the normal group and the depressive group showed the forgetting of the negative target words (negative emotional face picture), regardless of the independent condition or the substitution condition. (2) compared with the experimental training under independent conditions, the cognitive training of the subjects in the normal group and the depression group under the substitute condition will increase the forgetting of the negative materials. (3) under the intervention of cognitive strategy, the depression group only showed baseline amnesia under the substitution condition compared with the normal subjects. (4) under the intervention of cognitive strategies, the forgetting of negative materials was stable in both normal group and depression group. (5) in the experimental training of emotion words, there was no significant difference in forgetting between the positive substitution condition and the negative substitution condition in both the normal group and the depression group. Conclusion: (1) the present study shows that cognitive strategy training can eliminate negative information suppression disorder in individuals with depression, that is, cognitive strategy intervention training is effective. (2) compared with the cognitive intervention strategy of independent condition, subjects in normal group and depression group were more likely to forget negative materials under alternative condition. (3) by learning such cognitive strategies, the subjects' forgetting of negative materials is stable.
