抑郁個(gè)體負(fù)性情緒抑制障礙的認(rèn)知策略干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究從情緒認(rèn)知心理學(xué)的角度出發(fā),針對(duì)抑郁情緒個(gè)體的負(fù)性信息抑制障礙進(jìn)行認(rèn)知策略的干預(yù)訓(xùn)練。從而,消除抑郁個(gè)體對(duì)負(fù)性信息的抑制障礙。 方法:選用流調(diào)中心抑郁自評(píng)量表(CES-D)和抑郁自評(píng)量表(BDI)來(lái)篩選出正常組和抑郁情緒個(gè)體作為實(shí)驗(yàn)被試,分別選用了情緒詞和情緒面孔圖片作為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用2(組別:抑郁情緒組、正常組)×3(實(shí)驗(yàn)訓(xùn)練的條件:獨(dú)立條件、積極替代條件、消極替代條件)×3(重復(fù)呈現(xiàn)的次數(shù):0次、2次、4次)三因素隨機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。通過想或者不想(Think/No Think)TNT的實(shí)驗(yàn)訓(xùn)練,,從而清除抑郁被試對(duì)負(fù)性信息的認(rèn)知抑制障礙。 結(jié)果:(1)在情緒詞和情緒面孔圖片實(shí)驗(yàn)訓(xùn)練中,不管是獨(dú)立條件還是替代條件下,正常組和抑郁情緒組被試都表現(xiàn)出對(duì)消極目標(biāo)詞(消極情緒面孔圖片)的遺忘。 (2)相對(duì)于獨(dú)立條件的實(shí)驗(yàn)訓(xùn)練,不管是正常組還是抑郁情緒組的被試在替代條件下的認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練對(duì)消極材料的遺忘都將增加。 (3)在認(rèn)知策略干預(yù)下,相對(duì)于正常組被試,抑郁組被試只在替代條件下表現(xiàn)出了基線下遺忘。 (4)在認(rèn)知策略干預(yù)下,不論是正常組還是抑郁情緒組被試,他們對(duì)消極材料的遺忘是穩(wěn)定的。 (5)情緒詞的實(shí)驗(yàn)訓(xùn)練中,不管是正常組還是抑郁情緒組被試在積極替代條件與消極替代條件下的遺忘差異不顯著。 結(jié)論:(1)本研究表明認(rèn)知策略的訓(xùn)練可以消除抑郁情緒個(gè)體對(duì)負(fù)性信息抑制障礙,即認(rèn)知策略干預(yù)訓(xùn)練是有效的。 (2)相對(duì)于獨(dú)立條件的認(rèn)知干預(yù)策略,不管是正常組還是抑郁情緒組的被試在替代條件下對(duì)消極材料的遺忘更多。 (3)通過學(xué)習(xí)這樣的認(rèn)知策略,被試對(duì)消極材料的遺忘是穩(wěn)定的。
[Abstract]:Aim: from the perspective of emotional cognitive psychology, this study conducted cognitive strategy intervention training on negative information suppression disorder in individuals with depressive mood. Thus, the depression individual to the negative information inhibition barrier. Methods: self rating Depression scale (CES-D) and self rating Depression scale (BDI) were used to select normal subjects and individuals with depression as subjects. Emotion words and pictures of emotional faces were selected as experimental materials. The experiment was designed with three factors 脳 3 (group: depression group, normal group) 脳 3 (independent condition, positive substitution condition, negative substitution condition) 脳 3 (times of repetition: 0 times, twice times, 4 times). By thinking or not (Think/No Think) TNT's experimental training), the depression subjects' cognitive inhibition of negative information was eliminated. Results: (1) in the experimental training of emotional words and emotional faces, both the normal group and the depressive group showed the forgetting of the negative target words (negative emotional face picture), regardless of the independent condition or the substitution condition. (2) compared with the experimental training under independent conditions, the cognitive training of the subjects in the normal group and the depression group under the substitute condition will increase the forgetting of the negative materials. (3) under the intervention of cognitive strategy, the depression group only showed baseline amnesia under the substitution condition compared with the normal subjects. (4) under the intervention of cognitive strategies, the forgetting of negative materials was stable in both normal group and depression group. (5) in the experimental training of emotion words, there was no significant difference in forgetting between the positive substitution condition and the negative substitution condition in both the normal group and the depression group. Conclusion: (1) the present study shows that cognitive strategy training can eliminate negative information suppression disorder in individuals with depression, that is, cognitive strategy intervention training is effective. (2) compared with the cognitive intervention strategy of independent condition, subjects in normal group and depression group were more likely to forget negative materials under alternative condition. (3) by learning such cognitive strategies, the subjects' forgetting of negative materials is stable.
