【摘要】：阿爾采末病(AD)是一種中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)退行性疾病,為最常見(jiàn)的癡呆類(lèi)型。磷酸二酯酶包括一組水解細(xì)胞內(nèi)第二信使環(huán)磷酸腺苷和(或)環(huán)磷酸鳥(niǎo)苷的酶,已證實(shí)磷酸二酯酶抑制劑(PDE-Is)對(duì)AD動(dòng)物模型有積極的作用,如PDE4-I咯利普蘭、PDE5-I西地那非。本文對(duì)PDE-Is改善AD認(rèn)知功能及其作用機(jī)制作一綜述,旨在為后續(xù)研發(fā)新的PDE-Is用于AD的治療提供思路。
[Abstract]:Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system and is the most common type of dementia. Phosphodiesterase includes a group of enzymes that hydrolyze the second messenger adenosine monophosphate and / or cyclic guanosine monophosphate. It has been shown that phosphodiesterase inhibitors (PDE-Is) play a positive role in AD animal models, such as PDE4-I and PDE 5-I sildenafil. This article reviews the improvement of cognitive function and its mechanism in AD by PDE-Is in order to provide ideas for the development of new PDE-Is for AD treatment.
