輕度認(rèn)知損害及輕中度阿爾茨海默病海馬亞區(qū)MRI體積的研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the volume changes of bilateral hippocampal head, body and tail in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and mild and moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods A total of 20 patients with MCI, 20 mild and moderate AD patients and 20 elderly healthy volunteers were examined with fast field echo (FFE) 3D sequence at 1.5 T magnetic resonance. The global volume of bilateral hippocampus and the volume changes of head, body and tail were measured and analyzed. Results the global volumes of left and right hippocampal were significantly different among the four groups (left: FFU 61.18 / P0.01; right: FN 42.02, P0.01), and there was no significant difference between MCI and mild AD (P0.05), and there were significant differences between the other two groups (P0.05). Subarea volume: there were significant differences in left hippocampal head volume among the four groups (FV 56.07U P0.01), and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups. There was a significant difference between the right hippocampal head: 4 groups (FV 46.19 / P0.01), but there was no significant difference between MCI and mild AD in pairwise comparison. There was significant difference between the left hippocampal body and the left hippocampal body (FF15. 65, P0.01), but only moderate AD had statistical significance compared with other groups, but there was no significant difference between the right hippocampal body and bilateral hippocampal tail group (P0.05). Conclusion the global volume and partial subarea volume of bilateral hippocampus in patients with MCI, mild and moderate AD are atrophied. The early quantitative measurement of the left hippocampal head will be helpful to the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MCI AD.
