兒童精神分裂癥神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)軟體征及其與DISC1基因rs4658971多態(tài)性的關系
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the occurrence of nervous system soft sign (neurological soft) in children with schizophrenia, and to explore its association with the rs4658971 polymorphism of schizophrenia breakage gene 1 (disrupted in schizophrenia 1 (DISC1). Methods 146 children with schizophrenia were collected as control group and 154 healthy children as control group and 160 healthy adults as adult control group. The NSSs of the patient group and the control group were evaluated by Cambridge Neurology soft sign scale, and the DISC1 rs4658971 polymorphism was detected by PCR-RFLP technique in the patient group and the adult control group. Results the positive rates of all 9 items of motor coordination factor in NSS and the left and right skin writing sense test, right mirror movement 1, head movement during scanning and eye flicker were all higher than those in the control group (P0.05), the total score of NSS and motor coordination score were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The scores of sensory integration and deinhibition were higher than that of children (P0.05). The patients with T allele carried the right and left finger movement, left and right fist palm test, left and right skin writing feeling test, right mirror movement 1, the positive rate of head movement, eye flicker, and the total score of NSS, motor coordination score, sensory integration score. The decompression score was higher than that in CC type patients (P0.05). There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency of DISC1 rs4658971 between patients and adults (P0.05). Conclusion compared with healthy children, children with schizophrenia have obvious nervous system soft sign. Nervous system soft sign was more obvious in children with T allele.
