【摘要】：外周血生物學標志物能夠反映阿爾茨海默病(AD)潛在的病理生理過程,如老年斑形成相關(guān)蛋白、氧化應激和炎癥、脂代謝異常等,并且具有非創(chuàng)傷性、用途更廣泛等優(yōu)于腦脊液生物學標志物的特征,顯示出良好的應用前景。有些經(jīng)過驗證和研究證實具有一定的診斷價值,或者能夠?qū)D臨床前期和疾病進展進行預測和監(jiān)測;盡管有的研究結(jié)果并不很一致,但也為我們指出了今后進一步研究和探索的方向。
[Abstract]:Peripheral blood biomarkers can reflect the underlying pathophysiological processes of Alzheimer's disease, such as age-related proteins, oxidative stress and inflammation, abnormal lipid metabolism, etc. More extensive applications are better than the characteristics of cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers, showing a good application prospects. Some have proven to be of diagnostic value, or have been able to predict and monitor preclinical and disease progression in AD, although the results of some studies have not been consistent. But also pointed out for us the direction of further research and exploration in the future.
