【摘要】：目的:了解新疆漢維兩民族阿爾茨海默氏癥(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者組與認知功能正常組(cognitively normal,CN)的牙周健康狀況。方法:選擇年齡為50~80歲的被確診為阿爾茨海默氏癥的患者62例(AD組)與認知功能正常者63例(CN組),對所有納入對象的牙周狀況進行檢查和評估。通過阿爾茨海默氏癥簡易智力狀況檢查表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)的測評結果來評估所有調查對象的認知損害程度,根據結果進一步將調查對象分為輕、中、重度。檢測調查對象的牙齦指數(gingival index,GI)、菌斑指數(plaque index,PI)、探診深度(probing depth,PD)、牙周附著水平(clinical attachment level,CAL)和出血指數(percentage of bleeding sites,BOP%)。結果:AD組所有的牙周指數均高于CN組,且隨著AD的病程進展,其牙周狀況愈發(fā)惡化,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。根據認知損害程度分組,每組之間GI、PI、PD、CAL和BOP%均有顯著統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。新疆漢族AD患者牙周狀況和新疆維吾爾族AD患者牙周狀況的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:牙周健康狀況隨著AD的病程進展而逐漸惡化,且與個人的認知功能密切相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the periodontal health of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and cognitive normal group (CNC). Methods: 62 patients with Alzheimer's disease aged 50 to 80 years old and 63 patients with normal cognitive function were selected. The periodontal status of all subjects was examined and evaluated. The results of mini-mental state examination were used to evaluate the degree of cognitive impairment in all the subjects, according to the results, the subjects were further divided into three groups: mild, moderate and severe. Gingival index (GI), plaque index (plaque index), probing depth (PD), periodontal attachment level (attachment) and bleeding index (PP) were measured. Results the periodontal index of all patients in the control group was higher than that in the CN group, and the periodontal status deteriorated with the progression of AD, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). According to the degree of cognitive impairment, there were significant statistical differences between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in periodontal status between AD patients in Xinjiang and Uygur nationality in Xinjiang (P 0.05). Conclusion: periodontal health status deteriorates with the progression of AD and is closely related to individual cognitive function.
