【摘要】：目的觀察抑郁癥患者血清中腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子(BDNF)、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S-100B蛋白(S-100B)的表達水平及相關(guān)性。方法確診為抑郁癥患者的血清標本82例為觀察組,16例體檢證實為健康成人血清標本為對照組,檢測兩組血清中BDNF、NSE和S-100B的表達。結(jié)果兩組血清中BDNF、NSE和S-100B的表達差別顯著(P0.05)。觀察組BDNF、NSE和S-100B的表達與病程有關(guān),BDNF的表達與首發(fā)抑郁癥有關(guān)。三者均與性別和年齡無相關(guān)性。線性相關(guān)分析顯示觀察組BDNF和S-100B正相關(guān)。結(jié)論抑郁癥患者血清中BDNF低表達、NSE和S-100B高表達與病變的形成和進程有關(guān),BDNF和S-100B可能具有協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and S-100B protein S-100B in the serum of patients with depression. Methods the serum samples of 82 patients with depression were collected from 16 healthy adults as control group. The expression of BDNFNSE and S-100B in serum of the two groups was detected. Results there was a significant difference in the expression of BDNFN NSE and S-100B between the two groups (P 0.05). The expression of NSE and S-100B in the observation group was related to the course of disease and the expression of BDNF was associated with first-episode depression. All three had no correlation with sex and age. Linear correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between BDNF and S-100B in the observation group. Conclusion the low expression of BDNF and the high expression of S-100B in the serum of depression patients may have synergistic effects on the formation and progression of the disease.
