【摘要】：目的了解合肥市一年級研究生人群強迫購物癥的現(xiàn)狀，并探討其影響因素，為高校研究生人群心理健康教育工作提供理論依據(jù)。 方法采用多階段抽樣的方法抽取合肥市一所醫(yī)學類高校、兩所綜合類高校的若干學院的一年級研究生為研究對象，共得到有效問卷2238份。學生根據(jù)自愿的原則，在調查員的幫助下，以匿名的形式填寫問卷，內容包括一般人口學特征、強迫購物癥評定量表、完美主義量表、自尊量表、家庭親密度與適應性量表、簡易應對方式量表。以分析研究對象的心理健康狀況，并在單因素分析的基礎上，以是否為強迫購物癥為因變量，進行非條件logisitic多因素回歸分析，初步探討強迫購物癥發(fā)生的影響因素。 結果合肥市一年級研究生人群強迫購物癥患病率為5.14%，母親文化程度高（2=13.42，P0.05）、每月生活費高（2=24.77，P0.05）、非雙親家庭（2=6.25，P0.05）、來源于城市（2=7.58，P0.05）、獨生子女（2=4.39，P0.05）、擁有信用卡（2=37.32，P0.05）、傾向于選擇網(wǎng)購（2=55.82，P0.05）的研究生強迫購物癥患病率較高。同時，，強迫購物癥患者組完美主義、自尊得分顯著高于對照組，家庭親密度適應性得分顯著低于對照組、患者組的積極應對方式得分顯著低于對照組、而消極應對方式則反之。多因素分析結果顯示：出生于非雙親家庭、每月生活費高、網(wǎng)購、擁有信用卡、錯誤關注、完美主義高、過高或過低的自尊、家庭適應性低可能是強迫購物癥發(fā)生的危險因素。 結論本地區(qū)研究生人群強迫購物癥已經(jīng)存在，它的發(fā)生可能與家庭情況、自身經(jīng)濟水平、完美主義水平、自尊水平、對家庭環(huán)境的適應度及自身的應對方式等多種因素有關，其中完美主義、自尊水平、對家庭適應度可能還通過消極應對方式間接對強迫購物癥產(chǎn)生影響，我們應通過及時疏導個體的心理障礙和倡導家庭其他成員共同參與的干預措施來控制強迫購物癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of compulsive shopping among first-year graduate students in Hefei, and to explore its influencing factors so as to provide a theoretical basis for the mental health education of graduate students in colleges and universities. Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to select the first-year postgraduates from a medical college and two comprehensive colleges in Hefei. 2238 valid questionnaires were obtained. According to the principle of voluntary, with the help of investigators, students filled out the questionnaire anonymously, including general demographic characteristics, rating scale of compulsive shopping syndrome, perfectionism scale, self-esteem scale, family cohesion and adaptability scale. Simple coping style scale. Based on the analysis of the mental health status of the subjects, and based on the univariate analysis, the non-conditional logisitic multivariate regression analysis was carried out to explore the factors influencing the occurrence of compulsive shopping disorder. Results the prevalence rate of obsessive shopping was 5.14, the mother's education level was 213.42n / P0.05, the monthly living expenses were 224.77m / P0.05 / month, and the non-two-parent families were 26.25m / P0.05a, respectively, which came from the city's 26.58p 0.05a, only child's 24.39s / P0.05s, and had a credit card 37.32p0.05a, and tended to choose to purchase 25.82p0.05s online. The prevalence of obsessive shopping is high among graduate students. At the same time, the scores of perfectionism, self-esteem, family cohesion adaptability, positive coping style and negative coping style of patients with compulsive shopping syndrome were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the scores of family cohesion adaptability were significantly lower than those of the control group. The results of multivariate analysis showed that high monthly living expenses, online shopping, credit card ownership, false concern, high perfectionism, high or too low self-esteem and low family adaptability may be the risk factors of compulsive shopping. Conclusion obsessive-compulsive shopping has been found in graduate students in this area, and its occurrence may be related to family situation, self-economic level, perfectionism level, self-esteem level, adaptability to family environment and coping style. Among them, perfectionism, self-esteem level, family adaptability may also indirectly affect compulsive shopping through negative coping styles. We should control the occurrence of obsessive-compulsive shopping by timely unblocking individual psychological disorders and advocating interventions involving other family members.
