曼陀羅繪畫療法對(duì)自閉癥兒童康復(fù)效能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的探討曼陀羅繪畫治療方法對(duì)自閉癥兒童的干預(yù)效果及其作用機(jī)制,為有效改善自閉癥兒童心理健康提供參考。方法將52名自閉癥兒童隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(27名)和對(duì)照組(25名),實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受持續(xù)10個(gè)月的曼陀羅繪畫治療,對(duì)照組不做任何干預(yù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)前后運(yùn)用《孤獨(dú)癥行為檢測(cè)量表》(Autism Behavior Checklist,ABC),《兒童孤獨(dú)癥評(píng)定量表》(Childhood Autism Rating Scale,CARS),《孤獨(dú)癥治療評(píng)估量表》(Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist,ATEC)和《心理教育評(píng)估量表(第三版)》(Psycho-educational Profile third edition,PEP-3)進(jìn)行評(píng)分,并通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察的方法對(duì)自閉癥兒童的問(wèn)題行為進(jìn)行量化評(píng)分。從臨床心理學(xué)視角對(duì)曼陀羅繪畫形式的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果后測(cè)中,實(shí)驗(yàn)組CARS,ABC量表和ATEC量表總分及各因子分評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為-2.832,-3.220,-2.145,-2.417,-2.901,-2.218,-2.079,P值均0.01);實(shí)驗(yàn)組"繪畫意愿""仿畫""涂色""命題畫"4個(gè)條目得分均高于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z值分別為-2.688,-2.187,-2.251,-2.328,P值均0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組出現(xiàn)刻板行為、自傷行為、攻擊性和破壞行為、情緒異常的人數(shù)均低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為4.530,6.363,4.590,7.865,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論曼陀羅繪畫療法對(duì)于自閉癥兒童心理功能、行為水平的提升具有有效性與合理性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of mandala painting therapy on autistic children and its mechanism, and to provide reference for improving the mental health of autistic children. Methods 52 autistic children were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 27) and control group (n = 25). Before and after the experiment, the Autism Behavior Checklist scale, the Childhood Autism Rating scale, the Autism Treatment Evaluation ChecklistATECand Psycho-educative Profile third edification PEP-3 were used before and after the experiment. The problem behavior of autistic children was quantified by field observation. From the perspective of clinical psychology, this paper analyzes the mechanism of mandola painting form. Results in the post-test, the total score and each factor score of the test group were lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P = -2.832) -3.220 ~ (-1) -2.417 ~ (-1) -2.901 ~ (-1) -2.218 ~ (-2.079) P, and the scores of "imitating" painting "coloring" propositional painting "in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (-2.6888-2.187- 2.187- 2.251- 2.328p), and the experimental group had stereotyped behavior, and the scores of" painting "and" coloring "proposition painting" were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (-2.6888-2.187U -2.251U -2.328P). The number of patients with self-injury behavior, aggression, destructive behavior and emotional abnormality were lower than those of the control group (蠂 ~ 2 = 4.5306.3634.590 and 7.865 P, respectively), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mandala painting therapy is effective and reasonable for the improvement of mental function and behavior of autistic children.
