【摘要】：目的:在醫(yī)學(xué)生樣本中檢驗(yàn)健康焦慮元認(rèn)知量表中文版的信度和效度,并探索該量表在中國文化背景下的因素結(jié)構(gòu)。方法:以健康焦慮元認(rèn)知量表、簡版健康焦慮量表、元認(rèn)知問卷為研究工具,對919名大一到大四的醫(yī)學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,2周后抽取268名學(xué)生進(jìn)行重測。結(jié)果:探索性因素分析表明,抽取3個(gè)因素最為合適,累積方差貢獻(xiàn)率為47.223%。驗(yàn)證性因素分析顯示數(shù)據(jù)擬合良好(χ~2/df=1.828,NFI=0.916,IFI=0.960,CFI=0.960,TLI=0.950,RMSEA=0.041);總量表和3個(gè)分量表內(nèi)部一致性信度在0.641-0.788之間,重測信度在0.501-0.742之間。結(jié)論:健康焦慮元認(rèn)知量表中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于醫(yī)學(xué)生健康焦慮的元認(rèn)知測量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Health anxiety metacognition scale in medical students, and to explore the factor structure of the scale under the Chinese cultural background. Methods: health anxiety metacognition scale, simple version health anxiety scale and metacognitive questionnaire were used as the research tool. 268 medical students from freshmen to senior students were selected for re-test after 2 weeks of questionnaire. Results: exploratory factor analysis showed that three factors were the most suitable, and the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 47.223. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the data fitted well (蠂 ~ 2 / dfg ~ (1.828) / NFI ~ (0.916) ~ (0.96) CFI ~ (0.96) ~ (0.96) ~ (0.96) ~ (0.950) RMSEAA (0.041), the internal consistency reliability of the total table and three subscales ranged from 0.641-0.788, and the test-retest reliability ranged from 0.501-0.742. Conclusion: the Chinese version of health anxiety metacognition scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used for metacognitive measurement of health anxiety among medical students.
