【摘要】：目的:了解長(zhǎng)沙市開福區(qū)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后抑郁的現(xiàn)狀,基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型探索產(chǎn)后抑郁的影響因素、相關(guān)關(guān)系及作用路徑。方法:隨機(jī)選取于2015年內(nèi)在長(zhǎng)沙市開福區(qū)分娩且符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)婦作為研究對(duì)象,建立前瞻性出生隊(duì)列。應(yīng)用自制的產(chǎn)婦一般情況調(diào)查表收集產(chǎn)婦及家庭的相關(guān)信息,應(yīng)用愛丁堡產(chǎn)后抑郁量表(EPDS)評(píng)估產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后1個(gè)月的抑郁情緒。采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型探討產(chǎn)后抑郁的影響因素及相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)果:共調(diào)查961例產(chǎn)婦,82例(8.2%)EPDS總分≥9。由結(jié)構(gòu)方程路徑分析圖可知影響因素對(duì)產(chǎn)后抑郁的作用路徑、大小及相關(guān)關(guān)系;具體影響因素為母親的年齡、文化水平、家庭人均收入、有無(wú)準(zhǔn)備懷孕、妊娠并發(fā)癥及合并癥、受孕方式、分娩方式、喂養(yǎng)方式、嬰兒出生體重、嬰兒性別及患病就醫(yī)。結(jié)論:長(zhǎng)沙市開福區(qū)產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后抑郁的發(fā)生率較低,結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型可以應(yīng)用于探討產(chǎn)后抑郁的影響因素及相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of postpartum depression in Kaifu District of Changsha City and explore the influencing factors, correlation and action path of postpartum depression based on structural equation model. Methods: a prospective birth cohort was established by randomly selecting puerperas who had delivered in Kaifu District of Changsha City in 2015 and met the inclusion criteria. The information of puerpera and family was collected by self-made questionnaire of general situation of parturient, and the depression mood of puerpera was evaluated by Edinburgh postpartum depression scale (EPDS).
