【摘要】：正2015年9月6日,南京市公安局交通管理局通過官方微博通報了"6·20寶馬案"后續(xù)情況。其中,警方委托司法鑒定機構對肇事者進行的精神鑒定結果顯示:肇事者作案時患急性短暫性精神障礙,有限制刑事責任能力。(1)"急性短暫性精神障礙"因而迅速成為一個網絡熱詞。
[Abstract]:On September 6, 2015, the Traffic Management Bureau of Nanjing Public Security Bureau notified the follow-up to the 6 20 BMW case through the official Weibo.
