【摘要】：目的探索中國(guó)人群白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-1α基因第889位C→T突變(C889T)多態(tài)性與阿爾茨海默病(AD)的關(guān)系。方法采用固定效應(yīng)模型或隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型對(duì)符合條件的研究進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果 AD患者1 915例,對(duì)照1 726例�；蚰Ｐ蚑 vs C、TT vs CC、TT+CT vs CC、TT vs CT+CC的OR值分別為1.13,1.95,1.11,1.85,95%CI=0.88~1.44,1.11~13.43,0.85~1.45,1.05~3.25。結(jié)論 IL-1αC889T多態(tài)性與AD的易感性相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of interleukin-1 偽 (IL-1a) gene and Alzheimer's disease (AD) in Chinese population.Methods fixed effect model or random effect model were used to analyze the conformance.Results there were 1 915 AD patients and 1 726 controls.The OR values of CC in gene model T vs CCT TT vs CCT TT vs CCT TT vs CT were 1.131.95U 1.111.85C 95 CI 0.8813.4C 1.1113.43C 0.851.55C 1.05v 3.25.Conclusion IL-1 偽 C889T polymorphism is associated with AD susceptibility.
