首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者血清BDNF水平與認知功能的關系研究

【摘要】:目的探討首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者血清BDNF水平的變化與認知功能之間的關系。方法采用威斯康星卡片分類測驗(WCST)、持續(xù)操作測驗(CPT)和陽性及陰性癥狀量表(PANSS)分別評定70例首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者和80例正常人群的執(zhí)行功能和精神癥狀;采用酶聯(lián)免疫法(ELISA)測定受試者血清BDNF水平。結果與對照組比較,患者組WCST的總應答數(shù)、持續(xù)性錯誤數(shù)、隨機錯誤數(shù)均增加,完成分類數(shù)和CPT各項指標減少,血清BDNF水平降低,上述差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);相關分析表明WCST中總應答數(shù)、持續(xù)性錯誤、隨機錯誤數(shù)與患者血清BDNF水平呈負相關,完成分類數(shù)和CPT各項指標與患者血清BDNF水平呈正相關(P0.01)。結論首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者存在執(zhí)行功能受損和血清BDNF水平下降,且其血清BDNF濃度與認知功能障礙程度呈正相關。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the changes of serum BDNF level and cognitive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods 70 patients with first episode schizophrenia and 80 normal controls were assessed by WCSTT, CPT and PANSS, respectively.The serum BDNF level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).Results compared with the control group, the total number of WCST responses, the number of persistent errors, the number of random errors increased, the number of complete classification and the indexes of CPT decreased, and the level of serum BDNF decreased in the patient group.The correlation analysis showed that the total response number, persistent error and random error number in WCST were negatively correlated with the serum BDNF level, and the complete classification number and the CPT indexes were positively correlated with the serum BDNF level of the patients.Conclusion there were impaired executive function and decreased serum BDNF level in patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and the serum BDNF level was positively correlated with the degree of cognitive impairment.
