【摘要】：公眾對癡呆的正確認識是早期發(fā)現(xiàn)癡呆并進行早期干預的重要前提。目前癡呆知識的測評大多采用自評量表,充分認識各量表的適用范圍及優(yōu)缺點,對指導癡呆知識測評工具的選擇具有重要的意義。本文對國內(nèi)外常用的癡呆知識測評工具從量表描述、心理測量學指標和量表評價三方面進行綜述,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國本土化癡呆知識測評量表的研究需進一步深入和細化,才能真正反映出不同受測對象的知識水平和缺陷,為完善我國的癡呆管理提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The correct understanding of dementia by the public is an important prerequisite for early detection of dementia and early intervention. At present, self-rating scale is used to evaluate the knowledge of dementia, and the scope of application, advantages and disadvantages of each scale are fully recognized. It is of great significance to guide the selection of dementia knowledge assessment tools. This paper summarizes the dementia knowledge assessment tools used both at home and abroad from three aspects: scale description, psychometric indicators and scale evaluation. It is found that the study of native dementia knowledge evaluation scale in China needs to be further deepened and refined in order to truly reflect the knowledge level and defects of different subjects and provide a reference for improving the management of dementia in China.
