【摘要】：智力障礙(ID)又稱精神發(fā)育遲滯(MR),屬兒童時(shí)期常見發(fā)育性障礙,是導(dǎo)致兒童終身殘疾的主要原因之一。2013年,美國精神病協(xié)會(huì)出版《精神疾病診斷與統(tǒng)計(jì)手冊》第5版(DSM-Ⅴ)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中關(guān)于ID診斷名稱發(fā)生了改變,提示由根據(jù)IQ測驗(yàn)成績劃定的智力殘疾概念轉(zhuǎn)向強(qiáng)調(diào)智力發(fā)育障礙屬一種醫(yī)學(xué)和(或)生物學(xué)障礙范疇。臨床醫(yī)生需結(jié)合基于認(rèn)知障礙的神經(jīng)心理學(xué)特征和適應(yīng)功能評(píng)估結(jié)果做出臨床診斷。
