戒斷時間效應對海洛因成癮大腦小世界網絡影響的fMRI研究

【摘要】:目的探討不同戒斷時間對海洛因成癮者大腦靜息態(tài)下功能網絡的影響。方法 16名強制戒斷11~13個月的海洛因成癮者(PA12組)、20名強制戒斷5~7個月的海洛因成癮者(PA6組)納入靜息態(tài)fMRI研究。運用圖論理論構建小世界腦網絡,比較兩組海洛因成癮者小世界特性及核心節(jié)點特性,分析核心節(jié)點與戒斷時間的相關性。結果兩組腦網絡均具有小世界特性(γ≈1、λ?1)且差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);PA12組較PA6組腦網絡的左側中央前回及左側海馬旁回節(jié)點介數(shù)值降低,左側楔葉、左側顳極及右側枕中回節(jié)點介數(shù)值升高(P均0.05)。左側中央前回(r=—0.52,P=0.001)、左側海馬旁回(r=—0.49,P=0.002)節(jié)點介數(shù)值均與戒斷時間呈負相關,右側枕中回節(jié)點介數(shù)值與戒斷時間呈正相關(r=0.49,P=0.003)。結論戒斷5~7個月后,海洛因成癮者大腦網絡小世界拓撲結構趨于穩(wěn)定;長期戒斷有助于降低成癮者對毒品的相關記憶和潛在覓藥行為,恢復視覺空間注意能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different abstinence time on the functional network in the resting state of brain of heroin addicts. Methods 16 heroin addicts with 11 ~ 13 months of compulsory withdrawal and 20 heroin addicts with 5 ~ 7 months of compulsory withdrawal were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 16) and group A (n = 20).
