【摘要】：目的評價雙極性指數(shù)評估表(bipolarity index)對我國雙相障礙患者診斷的適用性。方法翻譯并修訂雙極性指數(shù)評估表中文版,選擇8家三級甲等醫(yī)院16名精神科臨床專家,運用德爾菲法(Delphi method)征詢對該評估表的意見,分析專家意見集中程度及協(xié)調(diào)程度,并評價專家咨詢的可靠性。結(jié)果專家的平均權(quán)威系數(shù)為(0.91±0.08)。所有條目重要性維度上集中程度,評分均數(shù)范圍(4.25±1.06)~(5.88±0.34),滿分比12.50%~87.50%;所有條目變異系數(shù)均≤0.25,范圍0.06~0.25;協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)為0.26(P0.01)。相關(guān)性維度上集中程度,評分均數(shù)范圍(2.88±0.62)~(3.93±0.25),滿分比12.50%~87.50%;各條目變異系數(shù)均0.25,范圍0.06~0.22;協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)為0.22(P0.01)。結(jié)論參與本研究的專家積極性、權(quán)威性高,結(jié)果可靠;專家對該量表各條目的協(xié)調(diào)程度較好;該評估表適合我國的雙相情感障礙患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the applicability of bipolarity index in the diagnosis of bipolar disorder patients in China. Methods the Chinese version of bipolar index evaluation table was translated and revised, and 16 psychiatrists in 8 Grade 3A hospitals were selected. Delphi method was used to seek opinions on the evaluation form, to analyze the degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions, and to evaluate the reliability of expert consultation. The average authority coefficient of experts was 0.91 鹵0.08.
