【摘要】:正迄今為止,阿爾茨海默病(AD)的病因和發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不明確,目前尚無(wú)有效治療措施,所以AD的早期診斷顯得尤為重要。結(jié)合多維液相色譜和串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜分析,相對(duì)和絕對(duì)定量的等量異位標(biāo)簽技術(shù)(i TRAQ)現(xiàn)已成為蛋白組學(xué)定量研究的主要工具之一。它能夠精確篩選和鑒定病理狀態(tài)下差異表達(dá)蛋白并分析其功能,從而明確疾病的病因和發(fā)病機(jī)制并對(duì)疾病做出早期診斷。本文就i TRAQ技術(shù)在AD早期診斷中的應(yīng)用作一
[Abstract]:So far, the etiology and pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease (AD) are not clear, and there is no effective treatment, so the early diagnosis of AD is particularly important. Relative and absolute quantitative isotopic labelling technique has become one of the main tools of proteomics quantitative analysis. It can accurately screen and identify differentially expressed proteins in pathological state and analyze their functions. In order to clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and make an early diagnosis of the disease. The application of I TRAQ technique in the early diagnosis of AD is discussed in this paper.
