【摘要】：阿爾茨海默病(AD)目前已成為糖尿病的一大并發(fā)癥,給家庭與社會(huì)均帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重的負(fù)擔(dān)。近年來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外大量研究表明AD與糖尿病之間關(guān)系緊密,且具有一定共病基礎(chǔ)。本綜述將從流行病學(xué)、形態(tài)病理學(xué)、臨床特征3個(gè)層面闡述AD與糖尿病之間相伴相生的聯(lián)系;歸納總結(jié)兩疾病間主要的共病機(jī)制;并在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者提出了通過(guò)"治腦病"輔助防治糖尿病及其AD并發(fā)癥的新思路,以期為糖尿病及其AD并發(fā)癥的臨床治療提供新的途徑與方法。
[Abstract]:Alzheimer's disease (AD) has become a major complication of diabetes, which has brought a serious burden to both family and society. In recent years, a large number of studies at home and abroad have shown that AD is closely related to diabetes. This review will expound the association between AD and diabetes mellitus from the aspects of epidemiology, morphopathology and clinical features, sum up the main co-pathogenesis between the two diseases, and on this basis, This paper puts forward a new idea of treating diabetes mellitus and its AD complications by "treating encephalopathy" in order to provide a new way and method for the clinical treatment of diabetes mellitus and its AD complications.
