【摘要】：目的探究流調(diào)中心抑郁量表(CES-D)用于篩查農(nóng)村女性抑郁情況時(shí)的因素結(jié)構(gòu)并評(píng)價(jià)其信、效度。方法首先計(jì)算分別刪除積極情緒4個(gè)條目后的其余條目的Cronbach’sα系數(shù),以及積極情緒維度與其他維度的相關(guān)性,以評(píng)價(jià)積極情緒維度存在的合理性。然后對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行4種不同模型(Radolff四因素結(jié)構(gòu)、Guarnaccia三因素結(jié)構(gòu)、Yen三因素結(jié)構(gòu)、Lan兩因素結(jié)構(gòu))的擬合,通過(guò)比較RMESA、NFI、IFI、CFI等指標(biāo)選出最佳模型后,采用Cronbach’sα系數(shù)、相關(guān)系數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)該模型下量表的內(nèi)部一致性信度,采用會(huì)聚效度、區(qū)別效度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度評(píng)估量表的效度。結(jié)果 CES-D量表的積極情緒維度存在合理。Radloff四因素結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)的擬合效果最好且驗(yàn)證性因子分析結(jié)果為NFI=0.895、IFI=0.908、CFI=0.908、RMSEA=0.058�？偟腃ronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.889,各維度的α系數(shù)范圍為0.687~0.735;各維度與總分的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.378~0.892。會(huì)聚效度定標(biāo)試驗(yàn)成功率為85.71%~100%,區(qū)別效度的定標(biāo)試驗(yàn)成功率為100%。結(jié)論 CES-D用于篩查農(nóng)村婦女抑郁情況時(shí)最適于Radloff四因素結(jié)構(gòu)模型且具有較好的信度與效度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the factor structure of CES-D in screening depression in rural women and to evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods the Cronbach's 偽 coefficients of the remaining items were calculated after deleting the four items of positive emotion, respectively. And the correlation between positive emotion dimension and other dimensions to evaluate the rationality of positive emotion dimension. Then the data were fitted with four different models: Guarnaccia three-factor structure and yen three-factor structure and Lan two-factor structure. Cronbach's 偽 coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of internal consistency, and convergence validity was adopted to evaluate the reliability of internal consistency of the scale by comparing the indexes of RMESA, NFI, IFI and CFI, and then to select the best model, and to use the coefficient of Cronbach's 偽, the correlation coefficient to evaluate the reliability of internal consistency of the scale. Results the positive emotion dimension of CES-D scale was reasonable. Radloff four-factor structure had the best effect on fitting the current data. The result of confirmatory factor analysis was NFI 0.895F 0.908CFI 0.908 / RMSEAA 0.058.The total Cronbach's 偽 coefficient was 0.058. The range of 偽 coefficient of each dimension is 0. 687 ~ 0. 735, and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and total score is 0. 378 / 0. 892.The success rate of convergence validity calibration test is 85.71% and the success rate of differentiating validity is 100. Conclusion CES-D is the most effective in screening depression in rural women. It is suitable for Radloff four-factor structural model and has good reliability and validity.
