【摘要】：研究目的： 通過(guò)對(duì)某社區(qū)的深入調(diào)查,了解下城區(qū)社區(qū)老年人抑郁發(fā)生情況,結(jié)合健康檔案資料和人口學(xué)資料,分析一些因素和抑郁發(fā)生之間的關(guān)系。提高社會(huì)對(duì)老年群體精神健康狀況的關(guān)注,為向該群體開(kāi)展針對(duì)性的健康教育和幫助提供依據(jù),為相關(guān)衛(wèi)生政策制定提供參考。研究方法： 本研究配合下城區(qū)疾控健康素養(yǎng)調(diào)查開(kāi)展。調(diào)查對(duì)象入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：年齡≥60歲,老年人神智清楚,語(yǔ)言溝通正常,可以配合完成調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。采取整群抽樣,使用老年抑郁量表(GDS)及自行編制的一般情況調(diào)查表為調(diào)查工具對(duì)社區(qū)1587名老年人采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。社區(qū)醫(yī)務(wù)人員為調(diào)查員,通過(guò)站點(diǎn)訪談、電話調(diào)查、入戶調(diào)查等方法,收集答卷。數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用SPSS15.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,采用X2檢驗(yàn),P0.05為有顯著性差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 研究結(jié)果： 問(wèn)卷回收1518份,問(wèn)卷回收率為95.65%,抑郁癥狀者443人,發(fā)生率為29.18%,其中輕度抑郁癥癥狀者374人,占調(diào)查人數(shù)的24.64%,中重度抑郁癥狀者63人,占調(diào)查人數(shù)的4.15%。年齡因素抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率之間無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)；性別因素、文化程度因素、慢性病因素抑郁癥狀的發(fā)生率之間有顯著性影響(P0.05)；配偶因素、職業(yè)因素、健康自評(píng)因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率之間有更為明顯的差異存在(P0.01)。 研究結(jié)論： 影響老年性抑郁癥狀的因素較多,文化程度較低、喪偶、無(wú)業(yè)、健康狀況評(píng)價(jià)較差、有慢性病、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入低下的老人更容易發(fā)生抑郁癥狀。下城區(qū)社區(qū)老年人抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率較高,獨(dú)居無(wú)配偶、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況較差是導(dǎo)致抑郁癥狀發(fā)生的主要影響因素。獨(dú)居無(wú)配偶、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況較差老人應(yīng)作為重點(diǎn)干預(yù)對(duì)象進(jìn)行干預(yù)。
