【摘要】：研究目的： 通過對某社區(qū)的深入調查,了解下城區(qū)社區(qū)老年人抑郁發(fā)生情況,結合健康檔案資料和人口學資料,分析一些因素和抑郁發(fā)生之間的關系。提高社會對老年群體精神健康狀況的關注,為向該群體開展針對性的健康教育和幫助提供依據(jù),為相關衛(wèi)生政策制定提供參考。研究方法： 本研究配合下城區(qū)疾控健康素養(yǎng)調查開展。調查對象入選標準：年齡≥60歲,老年人神智清楚,語言溝通正常,可以配合完成調查問卷。采取整群抽樣,使用老年抑郁量表(GDS)及自行編制的一般情況調查表為調查工具對社區(qū)1587名老年人采取問卷調查。社區(qū)醫(yī)務人員為調查員,通過站點訪談、電話調查、入戶調查等方法,收集答卷。數(shù)據(jù)應用SPSS15.0統(tǒng)計學軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析,采用X2檢驗,P0.05為有顯著性差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義。 研究結果： 問卷回收1518份,問卷回收率為95.65%,抑郁癥狀者443人,發(fā)生率為29.18%,其中輕度抑郁癥癥狀者374人,占調查人數(shù)的24.64%,中重度抑郁癥狀者63人,占調查人數(shù)的4.15%。年齡因素抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率之間無顯著性差異(P0.05)；性別因素、文化程度因素、慢性病因素抑郁癥狀的發(fā)生率之間有顯著性影響(P0.05)；配偶因素、職業(yè)因素、健康自評因素、經濟因素抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率之間有更為明顯的差異存在(P0.01)。 研究結論： 影響老年性抑郁癥狀的因素較多,文化程度較低、喪偶、無業(yè)、健康狀況評價較差、有慢性病、經濟收入低下的老人更容易發(fā)生抑郁癥狀。下城區(qū)社區(qū)老年人抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率較高,獨居無配偶、經濟狀況較差是導致抑郁癥狀發(fā)生的主要影響因素。獨居無配偶、經濟狀況較差老人應作為重點干預對象進行干預。
