【摘要】：目的探討五積散與小劑量阿立哌唑治療抗精神病藥物所致痰濕型閉經(jīng)的臨床療效及安全性。方法選因服抗精神病藥物引起藥源性閉經(jīng)和(或)泌乳的女性精神分裂癥患者70例,隨機分為治療組和對照組,各35例。兩組患者在服用抗精神病藥物的同時,治療組給予五積散治療,對照組給予阿立哌唑(5 mg,1次/日)治療。治療前后時測定催乳素(prolactin,PRL)水平、肥胖指數(shù)[體重、腰圍、體重指數(shù)(BMI)及腰臀比(WHR),并進行療效評定。結(jié)果兩組總完成率為95.71%;治療組33例,總有效率為93.94%(31/33);對照組34例,總有效率為91.18%(31/34),兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與治療前比較,兩組治療后PRL水平均下降,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.01),治療后兩組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與治療前比較,治療組治療后體重、BMI、腰圍、WHR明顯降低,并較對照組降低明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對照組治療前后體重、BMI、腰圍、WHR比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論五積散與阿立哌唑均能降低痰濕型閉經(jīng)的精神分裂癥患者的高PRL水平,且療效相當(dāng),但五積散在降低肥胖指數(shù)方面作用更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wuji Powder and low dose aripiprazole in the treatment of phlegm dampness type amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs. Methods 70 female patients with dysmenorrhea and / or lactation caused by antipsychotic drugs were selected. The two groups were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Wuji Powder while the patients in the treatment group were treated with arripiprazole 5 mg / d. The prolactinine prolactinine PRL level was measured before and after treatment. Obesity index [body weight, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI) and waist-hip ratio (WHR) were evaluated. Results the total completion rate of the two groups was 95.71.The total effective rate of the treatment group (33 cases) was 93.9441 / 33, and that of the control group (34 cases). The total effective rate was 91.18 / 31 / 34, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the PRL level of the two groups decreased significantly (P 0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P 0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P 0.05). After treatment, the weight and waist circumference of WHR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion both WJS and aripiprazole can reduce the high PRL level of schizophrenic patients with phlegm-dampness type amenorrhea, and the curative effect is similar, but WJS plays a more important role in reducing obesity index.
