【摘要】：目的調(diào)查居家癡呆老年人愉悅性活動(dòng)參與情況及影響因素。方法采用癡呆患者愉悅性活動(dòng)量表,選取北京、廣州及天津266例居家癡呆老年人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果研究對(duì)象愉悅性活動(dòng)量表總得分為(14.0±6.7)分,4個(gè)維度得分由高到低依次為:感官刺激活動(dòng)(0.9±0.5)分、家庭性活動(dòng)(0.8±0.5)分、情感刺激活動(dòng)(0.8±0.4)分、自主性活動(dòng)(0.6±0.5)分。多元線性回歸顯示,癡呆老年人疾病越重、不伴隨慢性病、文化程度越低、照顧者文化程度越低,其愉悅性活動(dòng)總分越低,能解釋總變異的41.1%。結(jié)論居家癡呆老年人感官刺激活動(dòng)參與較好,家庭性活動(dòng)和情感刺激活動(dòng)次之,自主性活動(dòng)較差。應(yīng)指導(dǎo)照顧者根據(jù)癡呆老年人疾病嚴(yán)重度選擇適當(dāng)?shù)挠鋹傂曰顒?dòng),改善其生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the participation and influencing factors of pleasant activities in the elderly with dementia at home. Methods Beijing was selected by using the pleasure activity scale of dementia patients. A questionnaire survey was conducted in 266 elderly people with dementia at home in Guangzhou and Tianjin. Results the total score of pleasure activity scale was 14.0 鹵6.7). The scores of the four dimensions from high to low were: sensory stimulation (0.9 鹵0.5), family activity (0.8 鹵0.5), emotional stimulation (0.8 鹵0.4). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the more serious the disease, the less the chronic disease, the lower the education level, the lower the carer's educational level, and the lower the total score of pleasure activity. Conclusion the sensual stimulation is better in the elderly with home dementia, followed by family activity and emotional stimulation. In order to improve the quality of life, the caregivers should be guided to select appropriate pleasurable activities according to the severity of disease in the elderly with dementia.
