【摘要】：目的探討人格、婚姻質(zhì)量對(duì)女性抑郁的影響。方法應(yīng)用人口學(xué)變量調(diào)查表、艾森克人格問(wèn)卷簡(jiǎn)式量表(EPQ-RSC)、LockeWallace婚姻調(diào)適測(cè)定、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS),對(duì)139例女性抑郁癥患者(研究組)和139例健康女性(對(duì)照組)進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果1研究組的EPQ-RSC問(wèn)卷中神經(jīng)質(zhì)、精神質(zhì)兩維度得分高于對(duì)照組,內(nèi)外向、掩飾程度兩維度得分低于對(duì)照組(P0.001);婚姻質(zhì)量總分低于對(duì)照組(P0.001);SDS得分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.001)。2女性抑郁癥患者神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度、精神質(zhì)維度得分與SDS得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.578,0.472;均P0.01);內(nèi)外向維度、婚姻質(zhì)量得分與SDS得分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.427,r=-0.539;均P0.01)。3年齡、學(xué)歷、婚姻狀況、婚齡、是否生理期、月收入、首發(fā)或復(fù)發(fā)不同的女性抑郁癥患者,其SDS量表得分的差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01)。4在控制人口學(xué)變量后,研究組分層回歸分析顯示:女性抑郁癥患者的內(nèi)外向維度、神經(jīng)質(zhì)維度、精神質(zhì)維度及婚姻質(zhì)量得分進(jìn)入了回歸方程(均P0.05)。5婚姻質(zhì)量與神經(jīng)質(zhì)的交互作用顯著(β=-0.163,P0.01)。高神經(jīng)質(zhì)組中,婚姻質(zhì)量能顯著預(yù)測(cè)女性抑郁(β=-0.503,t=-3.591,P0.01);低神經(jīng)質(zhì)組中,婚姻質(zhì)量對(duì)女性抑郁的預(yù)測(cè)作用不顯著(β=-0.263,t=-1.090,P0.05)。結(jié)論1與健康女性相比,女性抑郁癥患者的人格傾向于內(nèi)向,且神經(jīng)質(zhì)、精神質(zhì)程度較高;健全的人格、較好的婚姻質(zhì)量,在減輕女性抑郁癥患者的抑郁程度上具有重要意義。2婚姻質(zhì)量可以顯著地負(fù)性預(yù)測(cè)女性抑郁,神經(jīng)質(zhì)在婚姻質(zhì)量與女性抑郁的關(guān)系中起顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of personality and marital quality on female depression. Methods demographic variables questionnaire and Eysenck Personality questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect of personality and marriage quality on female depression. LockeWallace marriage adjustment test, self-rating depression scale (SDS). 139 female depression patients (study group) and 139 healthy women (control group) were investigated. Results 1 neuroticism in EPQ-RSC questionnaire of study group. The scores of two dimensions of psychoticism were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of introversion and extroversion were lower than those of the control group (P 0.001). The total score of marriage quality was lower than that of control group (P 0.001). The score of SDS was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.001 / 2). The score of neuroticism was positively correlated with the score of SDS. P0.01A; There was a negative correlation between the score of marital quality and the score of SDS in the dimension of introversion and extroversion, and there was a negative correlation between the score of marriage quality and the score of SDS. The average age, educational background, marital status, marriage age, whether normal period, monthly income, first episode or relapse of different female depression patients. The differences of SDS scores were statistically significant (P0.014.After controlling the demographic variables, the stratified regression analysis of the study group showed that: female depression patients with internal and external dimensions. The scores of neuroticism, psychoticism and marital quality entered the regression equation (P 0.05.5). The interaction between marital quality and neuroticism was significant (尾 -0.163). In the hyperneurotic group, the marital quality could significantly predict the depression in women (尾 -0.503t ~ (-3.591)). In the hyponeurotic group, the predictive effect of marital quality on female depression was not significant (尾 -0.263 TX -1.090 P0.050.Conclusion 1 compared with healthy women. Female patients with depression tend to be introverted, neurotic and psychotic. Healthy personality, better marital quality, in reducing the degree of depression in female depression has an important significance .2 marital quality can significantly negative prediction of female depression. 2. Neuroticism plays a significant role in regulating the relationship between marital quality and female depression.
