研究背景及目的慢加急性肝衰竭（ACLF）是一種以慢性肝病急性失代償和高短期死亡率為特征的臨床綜合征。因為ACLF的存活率極低（28天死亡率:22%-77%）,根據(jù)預(yù)后對患者進行分層是至關(guān)重要的,以確定肝移植（LT）的緊迫性。雖然終末期肝病模型（MELD）是評估ACLF患者最廣泛使用的方法,但它缺乏臨床事件的指標(biāo),如腹水、低鈉血癥、肝腎綜合征和其他并發(fā)癥。隨著近年來肝病新療法的不斷涌現(xiàn),迫切需要開發(fā)新的指標(biāo),完善評價ACLF患者病情嚴(yán)重程度和預(yù)后的指標(biāo)體系。紅細(xì)胞分布寬度（RDW）是反映紅細(xì)胞體積異質(zhì)性程度的一個簡單而廉價的參數(shù),傳統(tǒng)上用于實驗室血液學(xué)鑒別診斷貧血。最近,RDW作為各種疾病如膿毒癥、急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭、自身免疫性疾病和肝病的預(yù)后標(biāo)志物而受到廣泛關(guān)注。近年來,外周血中性粒細(xì)胞與淋巴細(xì)胞比值（NLR）作為全身炎癥標(biāo)志物的研究越來越多,特別是考慮到其通過常規(guī)血細(xì)胞計數(shù)快速、廣泛和相對便宜的評估。NLR已被證明是各種實體腫瘤的獨立預(yù)后因子,包括肺癌、結(jié)直腸癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌和胃癌。但是目前關(guān)于NLR、RDW聯(lián)合MELD評分對ACLF預(yù)后的評估價值的研究較少,本文通過回...
