【摘要】：正近期的一系列研究表明,源自O(shè)mega-3脂肪酸二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)的脂質(zhì)介質(zhì)在多種炎癥性疾病中具有消炎或抗炎作用。因此,夏海發(fā)等試圖評(píng)估Protectin DX(PDX;Protectin D1的異構(gòu)體,一種新的脂質(zhì)介質(zhì))是否可以保護(hù)小鼠對(duì)抗膿毒癥(sepsis),并探索其潛在機(jī)制。他們采用盲腸結(jié)扎穿孔(cecum ligation and puncture,CLP)建立膿毒癥動(dòng)
[Abstract]:A series of recent studies have shown that lipid mediators derived from Omega-3 fatty acid 22 carbon hexaenoic acid (docosahexaenoic acid,DHA) have anti-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory effects in a variety of inflammatory diseases. Therefore, Xia Haifa and others tried to evaluate whether the isomer of Protectin DX (PDX;Protectin D1, a new lipid medium, could protect mice against sepsis (sepsis), and explore its potential mechanism. They used cecal ligation and perforation (cecum ligation and puncture,CLP) to establish sepsis.
