【摘要】：目的探討血清尿酸(UA)、白細胞介素(IL)-6、高敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)水平對老年急性缺血性腦卒中(AIS)患者預(yù)后的評估價值。方法選取該院2013年1月至2015年1月老年AIS患者148例作為病例組,參照Adamas分類法將患者分為實驗組(大面積AIS)與對照組(非大面積AIS),同期選取健康體檢者75例作為正常組,均檢測血清UA、IL-6、hs-CRP水平,分析三者對預(yù)后的評估價值。結(jié)果實驗、對照組患者血清UA、IL-6、hs-CRP水平明顯高于正常組(P0.05),且實驗組明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。實驗、對照組患者美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院腦卒中量表(NIHSS)評分、急性生理和慢性健康狀況評價系統(tǒng)(APPACHE)Ⅱ評分高于正常組患者(P0.05),格拉斯哥昏迷評分量表(GCS)評分明顯低于正常組(P0.05);實驗組NIHSS評分、APPACHEⅡ評分明顯高于對照組(P0.05),GCS評分明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。經(jīng)Pearson相關(guān)性分析,UA、IL-6、hsCRP與NIHSS評分、APPACHEⅡ評分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),UA、IL-6、hs-CRP與GCS評分呈負相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年AIS患者UA、IL-6、hs-CRP水平顯著增高,其增高幅度與預(yù)后狀況具有明顯的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the prognostic value of serum uric acid (UA), interleukin-6 (IL)-6) and Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods from January 2013 to January 2015, 148 elderly patients with AIS were selected as the case group.
