【摘要】：目的:探討環(huán)磷腺苷葡胺治療急性心肌梗死的臨床療效及安全性。方法:選擇2015年5月-2016年1月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者80例,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組,各40例。對照組患者予以常規(guī)治療;觀察組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用環(huán)磷腺苷葡胺注射液120 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 m L中,ivgtt,qd。兩組患者均治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效及治療前后血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)、N末端腦利鈉肽前體(NT-pro BNP)水平,并記錄兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者臨床總有效率(92.50%)顯著高于對照組(75.00%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者血清hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,兩組患者血清hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP水平均顯著降低,且觀察組水平顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:環(huán)磷腺苷葡胺治療急性心肌梗死療效顯著,能明顯降低患者血清hs-CRP和NT-pro BNP水平,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of meglumine cyclophosphate in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction from May 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 40). The patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with adenosine cyclophosphate injection (120 mg) and 5% glucose injection (250ml) on the basis of the control group, and ivgtt,qd. was added to the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical efficacy and serum levels of hs-CRP), N terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-pro BNP) were observed before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (92.50%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP levels between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the serum hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP levels of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the level of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: meglumine cyclophosphate is effective in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and can significantly reduce the levels of hs-CRP and NT-pro BNP in serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
