【摘要】：目的探討呼吸心搏驟�；颊咝姆螐�(fù)蘇(CPR)的療效及其影響因素。方法回顧性分析2009—2014年期間兵器工業(yè)521醫(yī)院急診科收治的呼吸心搏驟停49例患者的臨床資料,并隨訪其預(yù)后。結(jié)果 49例呼吸心搏驟�；颊呓�(jīng)CPR后,27例CPR成功,總成功率為55.10%。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)心搏驟停至復(fù)蘇開始時間、復(fù)蘇開始至患者恢復(fù)自主循環(huán)時間、氣管插管、電擊復(fù)律、心搏驟停原因是影響CPR成功的因素(P0.05)。研究組患者心搏驟停至復(fù)蘇開始時間、復(fù)蘇開始至患者恢復(fù)自主循環(huán)時間均短于對照組(P0.05)。27例CPR成功患者的心搏驟停至復(fù)蘇開始時間與復(fù)蘇開始至患者恢復(fù)自主循環(huán)時間呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論 CPR成功率與病因、發(fā)病地點及復(fù)蘇開始時間有關(guān),普及CPR知識,縮短復(fù)蘇開始時間能提高復(fù)蘇成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of (CPR) on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in patients with respiratory arrest and its influencing factors. Methods the clinical data of 49 patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest were retrospectively analyzed and their prognosis was followed up. Results after CPR in 49 patients with cardiac arrest, 27 patients with CPR were successful, the total power was 55.10. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the success of CPR were cardiac arrest to the beginning of resuscitation, the time from the beginning of resuscitation to the recovery of spontaneous circulation, tracheal intubation, electric shock and cardiopulmonary arrest (P0.05). The study group had cardiac arrest until the beginning of resuscitation. The time from the onset of resuscitation to the recovery of autonomic circulation was shorter than that of the control group (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the time of cardiac arrest to the beginning of resuscitation and the time from the beginning of resuscitation to the recovery of autonomic circulation in 27 successful CPR patients. Conclusion the success rate of CPR is related to the etiology, the location of onset and the beginning time of resuscitation.
